I have to say this boba is definitely one of Seattle's best! Right when you walk into the store, you just know all their tea is made from the the best quality leaves! They have an endless list of milk teas, fruit teas, matchas, and smoothies. I am a milk tea fan so I tried their classic phoenix milk tea with soy crema to really test out the quality and it did not disappoint! I've been back since then and have tried their matcha brulee and brulee milk tea. I'd have to say the matcha quality is on fire and I'd definitely get the brulee milk tea again. As for the boba topping itself, the texture is very chewy and still warm. I can taste honey flavor in it. However, the price is super reasonable, especially compared to other boba shops around Seattle area and franchise stores. Each drink includes the boba topping in the price, so it ends up being about $5.75 for a tea with boba before tax. I'd highly recommend this place if you're look for some high quality tea that never disappoints at a reasonable price. This is definitely going to be a regular spot for me especially since they have a reward program...

Last time I ordered here for jasmine milk tea and rose yogurt. It was ok.

I came again to try out another tea and some foods. I got peach yogurt blend, fried riceball and popcorn chicken. There was no description, so I had to ask about riceball and a peach blend. But the guy at the front doesn’t know anything and I couldn’t understand his English. I had to just try out😂

Best boba I’ve had in Seattle! I LOVE the Hokkaido milk tea. I like that I can order online easily and there is a quick place to park around the west side of the building to run in and get my boba fix. I’ve found this spot is a little less sweet than other locations around Seattle (i.e., 50% sweetness here tastes less sweet to me than 50% sweet at other shops) which I really like but just be aware your normal order might come out a tiny bit different.
