When we saw the high reviews we were excited to give them a try so my partner ordered and picked up Orange Chicken and Pad Thai. We love Thai food and I have to honestly say that my orange Chicken was probably among the worst I've ever had, it was bone dry, had no sauce to speak of and lacked any real orange flavor and no real flavor at all that I could determine. My partner did not care for their Pad Thia as well and now we are both sitting at home still hungry AND unable to eat another bite (I had 2 nuggets of chicken and couldn't force myself to eat another bite. Given their high reviews, My hope, is that Thai Fusion will take this review seriously and make the necessary changes to see that they improve their quality assurance, although I'm unlikely to give them another chance (it was truly that bad)
Just looked at Yelp and guess I should have looked there too as their rating...

The owner must have changed recently or the food quality has gone down significantly.
Phad see ew was very bland. Crispy garlic chicken was some cheap version of orange chicken from Panda Express (to be honest I'd rather have Panda Express' orange chicken) and it came in a pool of water... why? I don't know. It almost resembled a frozen meal that was microwaved.
The curry had a lot of sugar. Was way too sweet and it wasn't really a curry more than a soup; it was very watery.
On top of everything the meal cost $67 before tip. Not worth it at all. It's unfortunate that this place has gone so far downhill. I've been ordering from here for the past four years since I live down the street. Safe to say I won't ever be...
Read moreI am very picky about Pad Thai. After 10 years of living in Seattle, I’ve finally found my go-to spot for when the inevitable craving hits 🙏🏼 I love that the sauce leans tangy, which I believe to be more authentic, but don’t quote me. Decent coating of it too, sometimes there’s barely any residual sauce on the noodle itself and it’s more “dry”. Sometimes too much sauce, like that one place by the QFC on Mercer. This was perfect. Sorry I took the picture after I stirred their beautiful arrangement of peanut and carrot and ate a couple of pieces of grilled chicken.
Pad See Ew was good too, less saucy compared to other places but still very flavorful, and the chicken wasn’t overcooked.
I’ve generally been pleased with the Pad See Ew offerings in Seattle, but the Pad Thai, this one has been tough to find! Will...
