Their online ordering system frequently crashes on my phone, so I usually call to make a phone order. Plus, I’m trans and haven’t had my name legally changed yet, so it’s nice to place it under my preferred name over the phone instead of the letting their online system use the name on my card. This night there was no answer at all, not even anyone to ask me to hold while they were finishing a task. I called again and when someone was finally able to answer, I asked to place an order and was hung up on! I then called back and someone shouted at me to “call back later because they were too busy.” What?? Ever heard of a little, “sorry I’m with a customer right now I’ll be right with you”? It was my lunch break in fifteen minutes, I didn’t exactly have “later”! I get that it can get crazy on high volume nights, but their staff really should work on their phone customer service skills. I used to get lunch here pretty often, but I think I’d rather just go somewhere else where they know how to treat...

Good food. Horrible service. I ordered online for a 5:45 pickup while at my 6 year-old daughter's music lesson. Lesson ended earlier than I expected, so I came to the restaurant early to let them know that I knew I was early, but we'd wait in the empty restaurant until the order was finished. After every other completed order they asked if it was mine and I said "no", and reminded them that I was early, but I could wait until they got to me. Eventually my order comes up #43 and the cook comes out, very upset, and shows me that the order was put in for 5:45. And I said, "I know. An event ended early so we just came by early." He smacks the receipt and yells ,"Respect the time!" I told him we have no where else to go until the order is ready because we live 40 minutes away. He just says,"Not my problem!" And goes back to the kitchen. If I could cancel my order and get a refund, I would. I'm taking it because I already paid for it online. This occurred at the restaurant located at 101...

I'm a fan of the burgers here! This is a solid place - nothing fancy, just good normal burgers with all the normal fixings you can think of. I really like their tater tots and onion rings - def get them! I enjoy their shakes as well - have tried their salted caramel and cookies & cream and both have been very yummy. Their prices are good and you can find coupons in the mail sometimes for buy one get one or some % off.
