I absolutely love this place. It's a wine shop with a couple booths and bar seating for food or just a glass of wine. They serve great greek small dishes, have a good selection of greek and other wines, and all served with exceptional service. The atmosphere is really laid back with a homey feel. I highly recommend it.

Convivial neighborhood spot with delicious Greek mainstays like pastitsio and boureki. We can understand why our neighbor keeps coming back here! The orange wine was a special treat with spicy apple notes. Perfect pairing for this lovely October evening.

I love this neighborhood store/restaurant. They serve Greek food, have wine tasting options, sell a ton of imported wines and specialty food. Really happy that they’ve survived 2020. Definitely a local’s favorite!

I was recommended Agora by a neighborhood forum when I asked about high quality olive oil. I was planning to ask a few questions and purchase more than just olive oil. I waited patiently for about five minutes (it wasn't busy but also not necessarily dead either) and saw that both staff members saw me but never approached me or even made eye contact so I just picked a random olive oil and stood at the counter. After a few more minutes and watching one of the servers walk past me several times I asked; "Is this the register to pay?" And the server put their hand up between us and said; "If you would just give me a minute I'll help you!" (Not in a nice tone and clearly irritated). During the transaction they did not say a single word to me. So based on this experience I will not be going back. I have talked to some others on the hill and they all said this has never been their experience but I think overall I'm just going to go to Trader Joe's next time lol. Olive oil was really...

I used to be a regular customer at this shop. One day I joined my colleague who was having lunch in the outdoor sidewalk sitting area. The shopkeeper came out and abruptly told me I wasn't a customer and I had to get out of her seating area.

I want to dismiss it as just some untrained employee. But every time I look at this shop. (which is often since I work a couple of doors down) I just remember this experience and I would rather do without than grace them again.

**added comment. As a 20-year veteran of the food service industry, allowing someone to join a group of customers with "outside food" or no food at all is customary and expected. Especially when it is your tables sitting on the public sidewalk that you do not own.

You chose to humiliate a long time regular because they had not made a purchase on 'this visit'. This snobbish behavior is inappropriate for...

I was met with an incredibly hostile cashier. They greeted me not with a “hello” but a “can I help you” in the rudest way possible. They made faces at simple questions about stock and seemed to want me out of the store as soon as I stepped in, eye rolling at every word. I was looking to browse but I can’t justify giving money to a place where employees look down on customers. I walked out followed by a nasty farewell from the hostess. That is a unacceptable way to treat someone and seeing as others have complained about rude behavior before I have no doubt it’s the same person. I don’t think I’ll be back in for a...
