Disappointed with quality, portions, and service. Ordered a ($20!!!!) cheese tortellini with chicken. Person who took my order over the phone didn’t hear the part where I added chicken so I was stuck with a 20 dollar pasta with no protein. Called back after I got home and realized the error and wasn’t offered a refund or comp of any kind and was told it was my fault they didn’t hear it over the phone or clarify the order. Poor guest service with no apology or attempt to make the order right. Regardless of the poor guest service I was even more disappointed by how absolutely puny the portion size was. I’m talking a small aluminum container BARELY 1/3rd of the way full. Come on y’all. This is 1-2 dollar food cost worth of tortellini and cheese sauce you’re selling for twenty bucks and you can’t fill the box? As a fellow restauranteur I know how much these ingredients cost, and it’s absolutely abysmal to charge someone 20 dollars for what is obviously frozen pasta. Domino’s could have put together a better bowl of pasta for half the price. Deeply disappointed overall, me and my wife have eaten at Palermo many times and been happy with everything previously but I can tell things are being skimped and corners cut these days. Should have just picked up dominoes and been happier for half the price.

the food that we got was good! and the service was also good! though i will say that TWICE we were left with food that we did not order. my friend and i decided to share an “antipesto calzone” and “penne alla vodka” (the pasta being listed as “new” under specialty pastas). first we were brought out fettuccine alfredo, and when we clarified with the waitress we ordered the penne alla vodka, even pointing again to it in the menu, she came back with penne alfredo. we tried to ask where was the vodka sauce and after an explanation that the menu the cooks have is different than the menu customers see, she didn’t really answer our question and again just reiterated that it was alfredo sauce. my friend and i had a time constraint and also did not want to ask the kitchen to make our dish a third time, but it was still upsetting to not get what we had initially wanted. the calzone was great though and i would give the restaurant another try, though i would maybe only do so if i’m feeling able to advocate better for what im ordering.

I've been having Palermo's deliver pizza to my apartment for over a year. Always good crust its big puffy edges are nice and crisp, and the delicious toppings are always spot on but I got a Palermo's special delivered and it tasted like something had changed. The crust was not even close to what I've always received, it was droopy and almost partially cooked. The edges were tiny and wrinkled. It had a doughy center as the crust seemed thicker than normal and I always get traditional. It didn't even look the same ..The top was overloaded with tons of tomato sauce and canned green peppers. I had two pieces and for the first time ever the rest I will not eat. It almost tastes like it came from a completely different restaurant. I am hoping this was a one time thing. Always the best pizza on the hill always consistent and always fresh and delicious but this time something was off. Pizza with two pieces missing I just received. The other pie is from three weeks ago..

All together a good dining experience! I went in before dinner time and pretty much had the restaurant to myself. It's a cozy restaurant that I feel would be great for both families and for casual business lunches/dinners. The lighting was a bit too dark for my personal preference, especially with the dreary weather outside, but overall nice ambiance with decor of the restaurant. Tables are a bit too close together in a few areas, so I imagine that when the restaurant is more busy, people might have a hard time backing into the chairs behind them trying to get up from their seats.

I ordered the Fettuccini Con Pollo. It comes with garlic bread and I choose a side salad over soup. The salad was fresh and had a good amount of each ingredient. It came with the dressing of my choosing already on it. While I was eating the salad, it took about 12- 15 minutes before I had my pasta dish placed in front of me.

The fettuccine pasta was maybe a bit overcooked for my personal liking, as I prefer al dente pasta. I will ask for this specifically going forward. I should have mentioned this when ordering (my fault). The Alfredo sauce was delightful. It was creamy and full of flavor. The chicken in the dish was served, almost cube cut, but not dry. There was also enough chicken added to the dish to balance out the pasta and make me feel satisfied with the chicken. Overall, I was impressed that the dish was not dry and had a great flavor. There was enough sauce added to ensure that all the pasta and chicken were graciously covered.

For the price, this was a pleasing and filling meal. I am definitely interested in going back and trying their pizza and wine selections. They did also have a TV in the corner that had the football game on. I think this would be good for fans who would like to dine out, but keep up...

I've done delivery through Palermo's website dozens of times, every single time it has been a great experience.

Let's start with the food: it shows up warm and transports well, it's never a mess so when I open the box it looks and smells like I just took it away from the counter. Then you take a slice and bite into it... It's DELICIOUS. I've tried so many different apps and pies at this point and every single one is a 5-star worthy dish, legitimately some of the best pizza I've ever had. Melty cheese, generous toppings, even distribution across the whole pie. Plus the sauces! So tasty!

Next the delivery: these guys are one of the only places I can order from regularly where they deliver right to my door. I live in a slightly confusing apartment where it's hard to enter, hard to know where you're going, hard to find my door. Most of the time when I order delivery from other places I have to go down and meet them at the front. These folks always find my apartment door and hand the pizza to me right from the hallway. Super friendly and excellent delivery staff.

Lastly the website: it's easy to navigate on my phone, find what I want to order, it has coupons that are always available. It's a piece of cake, or pizza pie. Also customization is easy, my friend who's vegan can customize his pie to his preference, I can change out crust and sauce to my general vibe that day.

As I said, Palermo ROCKS. It's always my preferred pizza place, any day...
