Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Sebastopol

Website order, picked up pizza with crust torn in places, missing in others and not even to the first rim of the cardboard bottom. When pointing this out to the employee the response was "sorry it's a thin crust and we don't pull it to the edges".

The soda we purchased on the previous visit was expired. Explained that too and the response "we'll have to check them better ".

Overall the pizza is great, help is good, but customer service is lacking.

Love the pizza but we have ordered the hand made bread a couple of times recently and they substitute for the bread made in the shape of the pizza. We don't like that kind. It shouldn't be available on the online menu if they don't have it. Tried to call to get it fixed and the employee was rude and short and hung up before we were done talking. Tried to call back and it rang forever. Tried again and they finally answered and his response was call me back I have customers and he hung up. Really, what am I? I think I'm a customer too. Absolutely hate this location. Worst Papa Murphy's ever. I usually love PM's, but this location doesn't do $5 premade pizzas and doesn't discount on late night throwaways. This place is probably fine for the rich white folks in sebastopol who normally spend $50+ on each meal. I feel like every other papa Murphy's location. Has this one beat. Never returning. L2PM...
