So I was visiting a local friend for a long weekend and on Saturday we stopped in for breakfast....the place was full of regulars but no one was helping to seat anyone so we had to walk around the restaurant and wait till the busboys cleaned the tables, I've never seen busboys on their cell phones an cleaning tables with one hand before, it took 2 busses to clean a 4 top table and they still left it dirty, had to come back a second time to finish cleaning it,dressed Unprofessionally in athletic shorts and flip flops. The entire restaurant looks like it's never been remodeled since the 50's,it says it's a Christian eatery but no church has helped the owners to make improvements. All the waitress staff look Unprofessional, and unkept, messy hair,no make up, Awful people skills, just wore out an all acting like they're just tired of living. Had a basic breakfast scrambled eggs, bacon, grits an a biscuit, it was tasteless and the biscuit just fell apart like it was missing an ingredient or stale or reheated from the day before. Asked for sketchup for my eggs and the waitress disappeared for 15mins, by that time I had about 2 bites because I didn't want to eat cold eggs. When the waitress finally brought the ketchup she mumbled something incoherent and walked away quickly. I'm sure there are family members working as staff and they need to retire because they are gross, dressing like slobs no personality and taking no pride in their profession. Would NEVER recommend Dee's Place to Anyone and management/ownership should be...

Food was great, resturant was very busy the staff was a bit disorganized-it was hard to tell which waitress was helping who. There is no sign that says weather you should seat yourself or wait to be seated-note you seat yourself. So, if you are unfortunate enough to grab one of these tables near the front you will have folks that arrive and just stand there around you waiting and trying to figure out what to do sit or wait to be seated, again no sign or clear direction from the wait staff. And incase you don't get enough of strangers standing around you while you are trying to enjoy your food you get the pleasure of having the folks waiting in line to pay for their bill. Yep, you pay at the counter. This generally is not bad at some places but here you have to wait for a staff member to come to the front to check you out creating a line of folks standing around the tables where you are trying to enjoy your meal. This line is almost always long so, again if you are seated near the front you will have strangers standing right next to your table just...

Down home cooking in a U.S. hometown. It’s always a pleasure to support local businesses for us. We watched the HGTV series Hometown Take Over 2025, and they did makeovers throughout Sebring circle and homes belonging to people that makes impacts to the community. Unfortunately, they didn’t pick this particular restaurant. The staff at this restaurant were wonderful and worked as a team. We had the honor to meet the owner and she was so kind, friendly and hospitable. The prices on the food were very reasonable and it would be considered comfort food. The decor would represent grandmas house. Parking might be a little hard to find though. Circle around or check the side streets might be your best bet. But it’s free. If you’re in Sebring near the circle, check them out and especially check out their...

This popped up on many Sebring you tube channels so we figured we would try it. Quite disappointing. The food was bland beyond belief. The saving grace was that there is a bottle of Everglades seasoning on the table which was delicious and really added some flavor to our food. We each got a breakfast sandwich with homefries. The bacon was very floppy. The restaurant is very dated. We showed up on a Tuesday morning and there were a bunch of randomly scattered reserved tables which presumably seem to be for the local regulars? The server was nice enough but none of the workers seemed to want to be there.

Dee's Place was amazing. We briefly stopped in town to visit the children's museum. Dee's was close by, so we decided to give it a try. We had a BLT (no mayo and home fries on the side), a Big Breakfast, and a grilled cheese (split between the kids). The food was great, but the service was amazing. Everyone was super friendly. Since the kids were splitting the meal, they brought it out on a Paw Patrol and Frozen plastic kids plate. The prices were great. The meal came out quickly. The decor was also very cute. We will be stopping here the next time we are in town.
