Dunkin' — Restaurant in Sebring

I went through the drive-thru and what I got was not what I had ordered. So then they made it the proper way except for they gave me a bagel that was so hard and almost burnt it was ridiculous. So as I'm exiting the drive-thru I asked to talk to a manager and the young lady says she is the manager I proceed to tell her that my first order was done wrong and then my second order it was way over toasted and she goes well we don't normally toast them as if it was my fault I said I didn't ask for it to be toasted. So then she cops me and attitude and says well I can give you your money back I can't keep having people remake this. I didn't ask for it to be done wrong the first time I didn't ask for it to be done wrong the second time so I ended up leaving hungry with an hour and a half drive and now I was behind schedule because this all took 15 minutes. So I end up leaving with no food wasted time and I call the owner whose name is Shaddy. I left him a message and he couldn't bother getting back to me I figured it was a Friday maybe he was off. I called back Monday spoke with another person then I proceeded to call two other times once talking to a general manager. All of these people took down my phone number and my name and yet this individual still cannot bother to call me back with an apology. In my opinion that's absolutely disgraceful. Absolutely unacceptable for 2 and 1/2 weeks to have gone by and he can't...

I want to rate higher but can't because of the customer service. I go to Dunkin almost every day or at least every other day. I don't like going at night if I see a certain worker there. He's an older white gentlemen I only see him working nights.

Anyways his customer sevice is not good. Four times now when my husband and I went he has been rude to my husband.

Example: He was doing something in kitchen. Well he looked out at my husband didn't say anything and went back to what he was doing. He was back there for at least ten minutes. My husband turns to me to make sure what I wanted and as I'm telling him the guy comes out and says "what do you want?" in a rude tone.

Another time when he gave us our order he set the drinks down in almost a huff.

There have been a few times that I have been in there that I have seen him act this way towards others. I wish I could found out who I call...

I love the day time staff they are awesome and always smile and get my food right and are always quick meanwhile on the other hand the moron who works overnight is by far the worst worker I have ever seen in my life he blasts music out and becomes rude and disrespectful to everyone he doesn't like or doesn't know. Every time I go when he's working he is rude to me and not only that he takes a while to make my stuff and would much rather goof off with his friends and talk about provocative and inappropriate things around customers one time he claimed he "forgot" to give me something as simple as one order of munchkins I highly would recommend another place at night like the one in South Sebring but other than all this the day shift is good so they...
