Dunkin' — Restaurant in Secaucus

I don't normally write reviews but I've been to this location 4 times now (1 in store, 3 drive-thru) and every time my order has been messed up. I'm not even ordering anything complicated, just an ice coffee with skim milk and a flavor shot and it's always wrong.

The drive through members are some of the worst I've ever dealt with at ANY drive thru. All 3 times I've kindly pointed out my coffee wasn't what I requested I got eye rolls, huffs, and irritated responses. Forgive me, but perhaps if you get the order right the 1st time, you won't need to deal with customers asking for the correct drink. The other day my most recent, and now last, stop was I was getting an order of munchkins (50ct) and the gentleman said you want 50? I was like yes please. He replies, "pull up." He rings me up for coffee and then says "that's all right?" I said "no I ordered 50 munchkins." He rolls his eyes and says "you want 50?" I said "yes that's what I just ordered twice now." He grunts, hands me a case and then shuts the window on me. Got to work and counted, was not 50. It was 36, garbage. Get better workers.

Went here a couple of days ago. Had a very simple order. Chocolate frosted donut, sausage egg and cheese croissant and a hazelnut hot coffee. I knew something was off when the person in front of me had to wait literally 10 minutes and when I saw the girl hand him his order it was one coffee and one small bag. After he drove off I pulled my car up and my order was made pretty quickly. Because the guy in front of me took so long, the queue of cars was at least 7-8 deep. So I took my bag and my coffee and drove off. I live in town so I get home and all 3 things I ordered was wrong. I didn’t get a chocolate frosted donut I got strawberry frosted. I didn’t get sausage egg and cheese, I got just egg and cheese. And my hazelnut coffee? I got some cinnamon pumpkin spice or I don’t know what flavor it was but it wasn’t hazelnut. How does someone mess up a simple food order? This...

Ordered a #7 morning combo and everything was good. The fact that the hash browns were perfectly circular, crisp, and as large as half-dollar coins came as a pleasant surprise. I'm use to receiving oddly shaped, uncrispy hash browns.

The store is spacious and well lit, well staffed (it was about 9:10 AM Thursday with a long line at the drive through yet I received my order within 1-2 minutes).

I commented about the Bavarian cream munchkins being available at this location yet I was never able to find it elsewhere, only hearing about it through my friends. The employee who took my order let me try one on the house. Wish it was filled with more cream but the gesture was very much appreciated.
