Starbucks — Restaurant in Secaucus

We’ve been to the Starbucks multiple times on a Saturday mid morning and we’ve had this problem. They’re very disorganized with getting orders out. They had 4 people behind the counter. We ordered our drinks at the same time. My husband’s came out first and we waited for about 20 minutes before saying something about my drink. They said “we are working on yours” the lady immediately picked up my cup that had just been sat there on the side and made it in less than 5 minutes. My drink is just a decaf iced americano with a splash of oatmilk. We weren’t the only ones that had been waited an extended period of time for parts of an order. I doubled checked to make sure it didn’t have caffeine since I’m pregnant and they said no you only asked for a decaf shot. So I put it the drink down and they said “we can remake it it’s really fast” which why I say they are disorganized because yes I made the mistake on my order but it took over 20 minutes for the drink to be made and our order came out in 2 parts 20 minutes apart and we weren’t the only ones who experienced. I won’t give them one star because they did want to amend the drink order but considering this happens multiples for a simple americano and cortado is why I’m leaving...

I’m so thankful to the Staff at this Starbucks location!

In the middle of the pandemic, I needed a place to get away and study for a test. My local library was closed. I called this location. They said they had outdoor and limited indoor seating and that I was welcomed to come over.

Almost daily for 2 months, I came to this Starbucks to study. The staff was beyond friendly and accommodating! They kept the tables cleaned and sanitized. The floors were swept and mopped. The hot chocolate was made just the way I asked. The staff even checked in with me to ensure all was well. George, Dylan and Kristin went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. I had such a wonderful experience!

Two nights before my big test, Dylan came over to where I was sitting and said ‘you’ve got this!’ It was very encouraging.

Needless to say, I passed my test! The staff at this location were such blessings! I was very grateful to have been there. Blessings to all of them!

Me and my group of friends went here for a nice refreshing drink. We each got a drink that was somewhere between 5-7 dollars and we all loved them a lot. The new summer drinks are definitely a 100% try and are super popular and refreshing. One thing I will say though, one con (don’t know if this happens often) is that they didn’t have a venti drink cup or lid but they easily made up for it by giving us 2 grande drinks which is why probably more than a venti but we are grateful that they gave us this because most places would just say we can’t order a venti because it is not available. This place is a nice environment for people and I do recommend going here as it is not as crowded as other places and workers are super friendly.
