I just returned from Chipotle and I have had the worst experience I have ever had at one of your locations. I don't typically write these reviews but I do not like the way I was treated one bit. I order two orders of hard shell tacos and a burrito bowl. The first girl in the line was not very rude at all but once she passed my order to the lady in the middle, she takes my first order and says, "what would you like on it?" I told her I want the sour cream, guacamole, and hot sauce on the side. ( it gets soggy by the time you make it home if you don't ). When she grabs my second order I said I want the same thing, that's when she said "you should have told me the first time!" Very rude but no big deal, but it seems as this happened the whole situation got really rude all of a sudden. My father was still telling the first girl what he wanted on his burrito bowl as the girl at the register begins saying "28 dollars!" So I turn to my father as he is paying and ask if he wants me to pay while he is still ordering his meal. She then proceeds to yell it again and at this point I look behind us and there is no one on line but someone just looking at The menu. So I say to her "you're sure rushing us for it not being so busy at this second". No reply. Still everything is ok, I know some people have bad days. At this point my dad is finally paying as to which the girl grabs our orders and just tosses them in the bag, this was really what made me upset as the hard shell tacos would surely break. Then on top of that just tosses the sauces and guacamole orders in the bag on top of them. I even grabbed the bag and moved everything around as she just tosses everything in. The lady in the middle then starts talking to the first girl and says "hello! Wake up! " after they finally finish our orders and clearly she was kind of making fun of my father. Very rude! So I say to her I felt a little rushed and you were a little rude to me, where a simple sorry could have been fine and difused the whole situation she says "I can't hear you". Not "excuse me can you repeat that?", or anything of that nature. Which I then repeated myself and she said nothing. Very rude experience and surely when I arrived home all my tacos were broken. Read moreI come in 8:30 pm after a long day of work expecting to get a nice bowl for dinner. At first i ask for white rice , black beans and steak. They tell me they have no steak. Ok not a big deal. I settle for chicken and proceed to move down the line and then i ask for corn and before i can finish he walks away with my bowl to get corn from the back which i was very weirded out with. He comes back with. Corn on my bowl. I then ask for sour cream. He tells me there is no sour cream, then i ask for cheese , he tells me there is no cheese. So now I’m frustrated so i tell him politely that’s fine i don’t want the food anymore. The second i say that he grabs my bowl and with no hesitation throws it directly in the garbage with an attitude like if I’m the one who wasted his time. This isn’t the first time the staff that work there has an Attitude with their costumers. I’ve witnessed with other costumers. This is just the first time i was so frustrated i decided to write a review. The place was also a pigsty by the fountain with a huge mess with food everywhere it looked disgusting. Each table with garbage all over. The floor with food spills all over. This place needs to be managed a lot better. It does not live up to the chipotle name brand like other restaurants around new Jersey I’ve been to. Because this is by far the first chipotle i ever seen like this or been treated this way. Read moreFirst off, most of the tables here are high tables where you sit on stools. These are not the most comfortable tables. Secondly when we asked for more peppers and a couple other items they were very stingy. You can barely notice the difference between what you had before you asked extra and after. I don't understand why a store would continue to sell fountain drinks without letting you know that all of the sodas aren't working and you will have to pick a lemonade or other non soda. We informed them that the soda machine was not working and we're not offered a refund or any other substitution. We then sat down for 15 minutes and watched them continuously sell sodas to people who tried to confusedly use the soda machine that didn't work.
If your soda machine doesn't work don't sell the cups!
I got the new honey chicken bowl and it was delicious, but I don't think I would be back to this...
