I visited Marco’s Pizza after receiving some coupons in the mail. I hadn't signed up for anything or provided my information, so I was surprised to receive them. However, since I had the coupons, I decided to give the place a try. I had two coupons: one for a buy-one-get-one-free pizza of equal or lesser value, and another for discounted wings.
I ordered two pizzas and Buffalo wings: a Triple Pepperoni Magnifico with jalapeños, a pepperoni pizza with no red sauce, and the wings. When I tried to use both coupons, the woman at the counter told me I couldn’t use two coupons in the same order. I suggested making two separate orders to use a coupon for each, but this seemed to upset her. I didn’t want to cause more trouble, so I decided to just use the pizza coupon. Unfortunately, she didn’t include the wings in my order, so I had to order them separately anyway.
When I got home and unpacked my food, I discovered the wings had no sauce at all, and the Triple Pepperoni Magnifico didn’t have the jalapeños I had asked for. I checked my receipt, and it confirmed that my order was incorrect. I called the store to explain the issue, and they offered to remake the items if I came back to pick them up.
After another 20-minute drive (40 minutes round trip), I picked up the remade items. However, the pizza they gave me was not the Triple Pepperoni Magnifico I had originally ordered, though it did include jalapeños. At that point, I decided it wasn’t worth arguing further and accepted it as "good enough."
In total, I spent over an hour and a half dealing with this order, which was extremely frustrating. Even with the coupon for a free pizza, my total came to over $40, which feels unreasonable. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, and others might have a better experience, but for me, this was a waste of time and money. I don’t think I’ll...

I just spoke to someone who was very rude to me because I missed my first order this morning and I tried to place another order. I’m dealing with symptoms of obstructive sleep apnoea. That means I literally stop breathing multiple times while I'm sleeping until my brain triggers my body to start breathing again.
I tried to explain this to the guy, he didn’t care and carried on in a confrontational manner. Note that I have never caused this business trouble, and I have gone out of my way for their employees when they made mistakes. I am not broke. I typically have no problem spending $45 minimum on an order.
The money this business would have made from my patronage throughout March would have made up for what happened this morning exponentially. Apologies once again about the $22 order, again. I would elaborate more on this situation but I don’t want my food from Domino’s to get cold.
I will call the corporate office...

When I got there the store had customers who had waited hours for their pizzas. Several cancelled due to the wait. I waited over and hour and the had to remake my order. It was gone.
Their process for knowing what pizza is in a box is to open the box. I watched as boxes were opened 3-5 time to check content. My order slip was actually found with other pizzas stacked over it with one pizza I order attached.
Cook line was no better, I watched as a your man with a load of hair would rub his hair over prep station where the bread was tossed. Bare handed by the way.
After over and hour the manager came To me and had my order remade. He didn’t offer me anything for sitting there over an hour waiting for them to sort out their organization mess.
No plans to eat or order their again. A shame because I liked the pizza. Although not sure if I got hair...
