Update: 6/7/25 changed to 5 stars based off customer service, after my review about the odd price difference between fry variations at the time they took the feedback and implemented change. It really shows their compassion for the customers and the passion I like to see in business owners.
Phillys were SOOOOOO good. A tad salty which is a personal preference but the meat was juicy, onions were cooked right the small is more like "regular" its perfect size. They arent stingey with ingredients everything proportioned well. The cheesesticks were also 10/10. The only reason I knocked off a star was pricing is a little odd.. cheese fries are $6 and then the cheese/bacon/ranch is $12.95 seems like quite the hike between the two. I know costs of ingredients and costs to run a business in general is high right now so I get inflation but dang lol . The fries are crispy bar type fries. Everything tasted fresh, Id come back and recommend. Overall...
Read moreI really love cheesesteaks! I was glad to see a new Shop in Seguin. I went in and the register ladies’ friend or mother was obviously there chatting with her. They chatted for three minutes before acknowledging me as I stood immediately at the register. Directly behind me what was seemed to be a personal friend had “popped in to say hi.” I ordered one large Philly cheesesteak with cheese. I had my dog with me so I went back outside and waited for 15 minutes. I came back inside and waited about eight minutes, during which time the only table inside received their food as did the friend who “popped in” after me. I could clearly see the grill and the workstation and could see they were empty now - my sandwich was not even being worked on yet. I asked the man at the grill where mine was and he said he was “about to get working on it”. About 25 minutes in and they hadn’t even started. I...
Read moreI walked in on and checked the menu, had a discussion about bell peppers and then waited as the gentleman made the 10' Philly and some Cajun fries. When I opened my sandwich to eat it looked like some ground meat in bread and not what I'm used to seeing. This is exactly why you don't judge a book by its cover. The sandwich was excellent, I mean absolutely excellent. The flavor, texture, and bread were perfect. I hate half the sandwich and it was plenty but I wanted to eat the second half because it was so damn good. I almost walked back through the rain just to tell the guy how good it was. The Cajun fries were good and unique rather than just being fries with some Tony's sprinkled over them which is "typical" Cajun fries. These were clearly cooked in a manner to get their flavor and not just seasoned after. All in all the place was very good and the food...
