sMAC'n Noodles — Restaurant in Seguin

My friend watched a Tik Tok about this place, she had been going on about how good it looked and how many different ways you can have Mac N Cheese. Which peaked my interest , So we all hopped in the car and drove out to try it. “Yes” it was well worth the almost hour drive from San Antonio.

I did the build your own, with both Yellow and white cheese, added some smoked sausage , roasted corn, topped with Hot Cheetos and chicharrones. OMG It was delicious, I wouldn’t change anything about it but I would ask next time for my noodles to be cooked just a tad bit longer.

The owners (Husband & Wife) were very welcoming the moment we open the door they both greeting us , both were super nice, even allowed me to try the Chicharrones before I added them to by bowl, cause you know how some places leave them out and then they tend to get that old stale taste , but everything there was super fresh and the place was very clean. The fact that I haven’t left a review yet is crazy… I’ve been here at least twice a month since February!! I have amazing things to say about the entire venue but focusing on giving sMAC’n Noodles credit for introducing me to the whole venue to begin with.

First, the service is PHENOMENAL!! I don’t think I’ve ever walked out of there without a smile. It can be a wait sometimes because they always make your bowl fresh in front of you (even if you order ahead, which I kinda love because they make sure you don’t want to add any additional toppings) but it is WELL WORTH IT!

Second, the Mac n cheese is to die for, I’ve tried most of the monthly Mac’s (my favorite so far is definitely the Elote Mac, I’ve tried to recreate it at home and it’s not the same). The taco Mac is a great featured one that’s always available, and I’ve done a custom Mac once or twice with pulled pork, pickles, bbq sauce and hot Cheeto crumbs and daaaang was that a good one!! Was in town working at a dealership for the week and randomly came across this spot for lunch Coming from food industry I was first impressed by how meticulously well maintained and clean the overall of the restaurant was. Secondly the owner never disappointed with a positive disposition, I went back the next day lol, and was always pleased with the experience Lastly o....m....g. The Tikka bowl was my first get, you can feel every gram of spice in this thing, which you are greeted by the fragrance as soon as you open the door FRESH!!!! I came back the next day and grabbed the buffalo bowl which if I can honestly say, is impossible to determine which I loved more. The "icing" on the cake was the vanilla bean frosting sugar cookies. You can see the actual vanilla fragments in the frosting and im not one for sugar cookies all the time but these were overwhelmingly smooth and delicious.
