What kind of Arby's doesn't have the Arby's melt? We pulled up in the drive thru and they gave us our total. But when we went up to the window to pay, they had a different total for us. I told them that was wrong, and the employee fixed that. We went through the drive thru again for a drink, and I used change to pay. I counted out the correct amount, and then was told I was short, when I know for a fact I wasn't. They stated what they counted, and said I needed 10 more cents, which wouldn't have added up to the original total I was told at the drive thru speaker. Then the male employee proceeded to drop my change all over the floor under my car. I feel like this was done on purpose. DO NOT GO TO EAT HERE. They will rip you off and try to overcharge you. The interior was clean and the staff was polite, though not particularly enthusiastic. I ordered the classic roast beef sandwich with curly fries and a drink. The sandwich was decent—the beef had a nice flavor, but the bun was a bit too soft and didn’t hold up well. The fries were the highlight, crispy and seasoned just right, and they paired nicely with the tangy Arby’s sauce.
While the meal was satisfying enough, nothing really stood out as exceptional. Read moreThey wouldn't replace our whole order after "Kenzie" who we spoke to on the phone, promised us our whole order to be replaced. We even called the restaurant in advance before driving up there because we live in Borden, and the guy on the phone said it was okay to come up there and they would replace it for us. So, my dad drives up there, and both cashier and manager said it wasn't going to be replaced because it was a week ago (May 18th, 2021). Whoever the manager is, she was VERY rude as I overheard on the phone with my dad "LET HIM CALL CORPORATE THEY WILL TELL HIM THE SAME THING!" As she is walking away from the window. I hope she is ready to hear from corporate because that store needs to be shut down, and have a whole new crew come in...
