I stopped by here for breakfast and the food was ok, they didn’t have croissants so I replaced it with a bagel which was fine. We ordered 6 donuts and as soon as we got them, almost all were soggy and the chocolate barely had any sprinkles. But the Boston crème was disgusting. Super soggy with air bubbles and a weird smoosh at the bottom. My dad asked to exchange it and the blonde lady tried charging us for it, and the slightly chubbier blonde lady steps in asking what was wrong with it. Both were speaking as if we were the crazy ones. Very rude and bad impression, they started arguing with the CUSTOMERS and refused to exchange what TWO donuts? We come here and spend our hard earned money on food yet this is how rude the staff is treating people. One of them even told us we can get out, she’s lucky we are from New York otherwise the police would have been called. DO NOT COME HERE. Super rude staff and the food isn’t fresh. We even had to clean the tables ourselves. Did not feel like a customer, get better staff Dunkin. I feel very disappointed coming here the New York Dunkin’ Donuts is way better, they are kind enough to understand and I have never ever had an issue with them. How dare you try to charge the customer even more with your food that is low quality. Arguing back is unacceptable. I have a little sister that got such a bad impression from this experience. Read moreI just left this Dunkin and I am highly disappointed. I literally passed several shops to get a cup of coffee from them. I ordered a signature drink and I was not advised that they didn't have all the ingredients until after I paid for my order. I told Samaria the cashier that this wasn't what I ordered and she said they were out of the cookie crumble. I explained to her that I didn't want it and she said "well what do you want me to do about it" followed by "do you want a refund". I asked to speak to her manager and she said well "she is busy". I told her I will wait. I spoke to Tessa the manager and I explained to her what happened and she kept saying "ok" the whole time I was talking. No apology or anything. She asked if Samaria gave me a refund and I said yes, but I explained to Tessa that you don't talk to a paying customer like that and she responded by saying "you are right". I know it doesn't matter to the company but I will never visit this...
Read moreI don't usually give a place a bad review over just one thing, but this place has given me multiple issues. A couple of weeks ago I got overcharged and had to have it fixed. I let that go. Everybody makes mistakes sometimes, right? But today I went in and ordered a medium hot coffee with cream no sugar (I'm diabetic). I said clearly and plainly "no sugar". On the way home I take a sip and it's loaded down with sugar. Young guy took my order. Also, there was a woman with her two children ahead of me in line and the light skinned girl who took her order was snippy and rude with the woman. This place needs better training overall for their employees. If you can't listen properly and get an order right, and if you can't be kind to your customers, then don't work at a job where you have to deal...
