Wendy's — Restaurant in Selma

The soda area was filthy with an order. Drinks all over that area. The sandwich was kind of cold. I had the Classic bacon cheese burger comb. Wasn't anything good, including the extra $.45. for the strawberry lemonade.i wanted to go back but I was disappointed, hot and had to get home bc I had meats in the car with no.air condition. I guess I have to get their chille. I hope it still good. Just the weather to hot for chill. Or I may start back eating their pecan with apples salad. I hope that's still good. Wendy keep the drink area clean. I hate to see the restroom if the drink area is like that. And I've been their many times on the inside for drinks. .it is always filled with drink dried or wet and smelling. Manager the place reflex on you. Mc Donald, Burger King try to keep their drink.area clean. And they hv Luke warm burgers not a hot burger. I stopped eating at the burger places bc the burger during the summer I can get sick quick. My burger have to be cooked well and need to be hot.. I went to Wendy in hope their burger would be hot abd good. See I actually get their chill or salad. But I remembered their burger once was hot and very tasty. NOT now. Wendy you can do better. Your prices are high but poor quality. Your customer service is good but for me the food is a D-... or that was just a...

Ordered 5 biggie bag BLT, w/ no mayo...I get the sandwich and Mayo is splashed on the side, like they were about to put it on but stopped, but they should have made another one instead of just giving me that one..then I waited to get it at the window for several minutes. Then they had no drinks?? Only diet coke and water...like really? Then only had hot honey and pepper sauce for the nuggets...I ordered the pepper but don't like either one...they put hot honey on the receipt not what I ordered and didnt put any in the bag...like wow...then the cashier (the food serving one) wasnt really Customer friendy just opened the window...and said $5.50..no hello, no repeating the order to ensure its correct nothing...handed me my card, the food and closed the window..thank you, have a nice day...something...that's how you greet customers...especially since they had no drinks or sauce...its fine...FYI to management..you never have just... one... dissatisfied customer...I'll let...

Since when does Wendy's employees ask you to back your car up so that you can't see them preparing your food? I went around 9:00pm, and was asked to back up ( a car was already pulled up away from the window in front of us)..so that we wouldn't be by the window while preparing our food. So at this point there's no car by the window. The car in front of us eventually blew it's horn and drove away. If teenagers are going to work night shift, they need to be monitored and should not be asking customers to not be by the window while they're preparing it. If another car is behind us we wouldn't be able to back away from the window at all. Don't get me wrong, I understand uf there weee cars behind us waiting/if it was going to take a while, but there were no cars behind us only one car in front of us. The food took the normal amount of time to prepare. Very...
