On 2 different occasions within a 2 week period I went here to get food. The first time it was 10:30pm when we pulled into the drive thru the line was long but we waited it was after 11pm when we got to the speaker box and the menu board. We sat there for a few minutes and no one greeted us or anything so we pulled to the window where we saw 2 employees one looked to be a manager. She tells us they closed at 11pm. I told her on the website it said 12am and she said well we closed at 11 tonight and it was on a Friday or Saturday night. We drove around and told everyone that was sitting in line waiting to order food they are closed.
The 2nd time I went it was 9pm and I went thru the drive thru they were very nice and polite. I ordered the jalapeño popper spicy chicken sandwich meal and some other things. When I got home I looked at my chicken sandwich and it looked like they had mixed together the jalapeño popper toppings with the bourbon bacon cheeseburger toppings because I had no jalapeños on it but they put the crispy onions on it instead it tasted funky! It was too late by the time I got home and noticed it to call and tell them about it.
I usually don't leave a 1 star review unless it's something terrible that happened. I think the first occasion deserved the 1 star but the 2nd occasion I would give 4 stars because everything else on our order was correct just my chicken sandwich...
Read moreOrdered the new Nacho cheeseburger with 2 patties for myself and a #1 combo for my wife. Ordering was good, the gentlemen at the payment window was pleasant. The pickup window, it might as well have been a mute robot. I sat there for about 3 minutes while the young lady just stood there looking towards the back. Then she walked over and handed me a bag that had been sitting there the whole time. She did not say a word to me just handed me the bag . I asked what was in the bag she looked at me like she was clueless. I asked if there were 2 burgers and fries. She replied yeah, and turned away. This seems to be the way of fast food customer service.
When I got home and took a bite of the nacho cheese burger and liked the flavor but was missing a crunch. I looked at the burger to find one small piece of onion, a wilted single leaf of lettuce and a tomato slice on top of 2 patties covered in cheese. Read moreUpset I sat in line for 20 min starting at 11:10pm just to order. They basically close early. When I got to the drive thru, they were doing one car at a time. I received my order, started to drive off, but they forgot my fries. So I had to reverse because the line was to the street and there was only one car at the window. I wasn't waiting that long again. Then it took 5+ min for the one car to get their order. When I drove off, there were no cars coming to the window. It was 11:45. Look, I worked fast food and I wanted to get out as soon as I could too. But serving dry food and stopping the line isn't fair to the business. Wendys has healthier options than McDonald's and gluten free fries, that is why I eat here and will sit in line for nearly an hour to eat, but don't treat the public poorly.
