I went in approximately 2:50 P.M. Sat. Nov 25th, 2021. It started out with the lady not understanding me telling her I wanted turkey on my sandwich. I have a speech impediment due to being deaf and didn't think anything of it. Pointed to the turkey and moved on. I got moved to the second half where they put vegetables and condiments on. The lady who was supposed to do that part walked away and started working in the back. I waited for about 5 minutes before the first lady had to cover for her. She put pickels on my sandwich which I never asked for and nothing I asked to have put on my sandwich sounded anything like pickles. As she threw stuff onto my sandwich, food is falling and flying into other little sections of vegetables. There was SO MUCH cross contamination going on. She even somehow got a spinach leaf on my sandwich which I never requested. With someone who has a family member with extreme food allergies, I take cross contamination very seriously. Read moreFor once again I've complained to the corporate that these J1 students or claims not to be one. Is still working there, still uses gloves after cleaning towards the sandwiches. Manager next door of shell fast stop won't even get a sandwich from them. When I had the guy in a beard and long hair, he does our food perfect I give props to that gentleman, and Subway at loves truck stop at exit 412 is closed, I guess under a remodeling situation. I shouldn't have to peek who is working the shift when I want to get subway. It just seems like this world wants to come to an end with these kind of amateurs. But when it doesn't it's the people who goes out their way to do something. The gentleman has shown so many ways that not one subway has done the way he does and he went out of his way what it should've been done. I'm local and there 3 subways out of my location and this one is the least I'll ever go to. UNLESS it's the gentleman. He needs to throw his training in of his dedication...
Read moreThe two males working tonight around 6:30 were extremely rude when I called and told them my sandwiches were wrong. My husband went to pick it up as I had ordered online. Got it home and opened it nothing was right. Checked my receipt and email to make sure I ordered the right thing. I did. They just got it wrong. Called them and told them it was wrong. They knew they just didn’t have the right ingredients. I asked them why they couldn’t call me to explain they didn’t have the certain ingredients for my sandwiches. They didn’t have an answer!
