Taco Bell — Restaurant in Sevierville

This Taco Bell is in my area in Kodak, I am the one who usually likes Taco Bell my boyfriend on the other hand is not too fond of it. Sometimes though we get the steak egg and cheese quesadillas for breakfast. I really can't complain too much about this place but I will say that my boyfriend usually orders extra steak on his quesadilla and he is charged for it but it's usually not extra meat in the quesadilla. Mine is always good it's a little undercooked for me but I always usually heat it up at home anyways. The one thing that bothers me about this Taco Bell is that the one in my area is so stingy with Taco Bell mild and hot sauce they literally only give you one sauce per quesadilla, and if you ask for extra the one girl gets really hateful when you ask for more I'm not sure if she is the manager and trying to save on her stock of sauce but one sauce per quesadilla is not enough. They have also turned their phone off so when they messed up my order one morning I tried to call and get it fixed but they will not put their phone on the hook. Overall they have good steak egg and cheese quesadillas I like the breakfast pretty good. But the prices are so outrageous just like everything...

I placed my order through Taco Bell’s mobile app and paid through the app. As I approached the drive thru speaker I was told to wait there was a 5 minute wait and one car at the window as I gave them my name for the order the food was shoved out the window after checking my order there was someone else’s waded up receipt and used straw paper waded up inside my food bag and the nachos were dumped upside down spilling all inside the bag. I took the food inside asking for a manager the two at the drive thru was laughing that I brought the food back. I’m very disappointed with their service and their food especially when they often leave guacamole you pay for out of the bag as well as someone else’s trash thrown into the bag. Disappointing Decline in Service!

We've always been big fans of Taco Bell, but recent experiences have left us disheartened. It seems that the quality of service has taken a significant downturn. On multiple occasions, we’ve encountered rude and impatient staff, particularly when ordering with special needs children. The lack of understanding and patience is frustrating. To make matters worse, we've had instances where orders were incomplete or items were missing. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, we were met with a dismissive attitude and no attempt to rectify the situation.
