Cracker Barrel Old Country Store — Restaurant in Sevierville

My Bestie had suggested we come here. She said, “Hey there’s a Cracker Barrel Close By, you wanna go?” Of course I’m down for some good Home Cookin’! We packed up our babies and headed out. When we pulled in, a lot of the spots were taken! It was quite busy for a Friday Night! There were a bunch of spots too! It surprised me how busy they were. Getting seated was a little bit of an issue. As they sat others down before us, even though we arrived before them. No biggie. We still ate. Anyways, another thing is there wasn’t a lot of Room… for example: my Friends Daughter had to sit pretty much in the aisle. And I had placed my son on the seat next to me. (He was in a car seat) there were two or three times during the course of our Visit that the person behind my Son, kept bumping into his seat. The tables and chairs weren’t really spaced out that much. There was even a time where I was holding the chair steady while the people behind me were moving and he ended up pinching my finger between the Two chairs… We had Holly for our Waitress! She was such a Sweetie! What a Fantastic Job and service offered to us! She was very sweet and jumped at the opportunity for conversation. Very Personable with a great Personality! She quickly asked us for our drinks and brought them back, giving us time to look over the menu. I did not feel rushed ordering and she was very patient. I attempted to Order the Sirloin Steak Tips, but it was after 6pm, so I couldn’t. Instead as my Backup choice, I had decided on the Cream Cheese Stuffed pancakes with Two Over easy Eggs and a Side of Bacon! Delicious!!

Our Food did take a while coming out… I would say around 25-35 minutes. Maybe even 40. However we did have 3 adults and a veggie plate for the little one! So we were understanding with the time and enjoying our conversations!

When we got our food, we prayed, and Dug in! The food was nice and hot and my Bacon Was done exactly how I requested! CRISPY AND CRUNCHY!! SOOO YUMMY! 🥓 So were the Eggs 🍳 Over easy- with no Runny “Snots” Holly was a VERY GOOD LISTENER! Thank you Holly! After eating as much as we could, we asked for Two boxes and she gave us the check! We eventually headed out towards the gift shop and of course had to stop and look around!

You’ll find a BUNCH of cute little things in the gift shop. From Coffee Mugs, mini Bible for kids, Easter things, CD’s 💿, books, Shoes, and kids outfits! It was a great night at a Great store! Thanks Holly! -Mrs. Burgess —————————————————————————

I have had one of the most unprofessional experiences with this restaurant I have ever had. I put in an application for the Kodak location last week. The website allowed me to schedule an interview for Thursday January 16 at 12:00 PM. I arrived a few minuets early and let the host know I was there for my interview. I was then left waiting in the front room for 20 minuets. I was not offered a place to sit and was just left to sit and wait in the front room.

After the 20 minuets had a passed, a manager came out and asked my name and what position I had applied for. He then walked in the backroom, and after a minuet walked back out and let me know that the person who was supposed to interview me walked out around the time I walked in the door and was gone for the weekend. I was not given a phone call as a warning, and I was not informed that the person had left until 20 minuets after they had left. The only consolation I was given was to call back this week.

So I called back today to schedule the interview that was missed and I was told they aren't even hiring for this position right now and haven't been since October. They never had any intentions of even hiring me and where purely my time and gas money. I then informed them the application was still on the website, and the manager responded by saying "Alright then" And hanging up the phone.

I have already reported this location to cooperate for the way they have treated me and will most likely never be providing them with my business again. All they had to do was give me a phone call Thursday morning and stop me from wasting my time and gas, but instead they decided to give me the runaround and wast my time and money on a position that was never even open. I highly suggest anyone who likes this restaurant provide a different location with your business, because this one has made it clear that it does not care about people who have been loyal customers of their...

Worst experience I have ever had at Cracker Barrel in my 30 years of going to their stores all over the country. Ordered curbside at 7:20. Order was suppose to be ready at 8:00. Checked in at 8:00 from parking lot. Called at 8:20, was told order was being bagged up and would be out in a couple minutes. Went into store at 8:30 to volunteer to bag it up so I could get home. Manager comes out with cold order. I told him I would not except a cold order. I then reordered, was told 20 minutes. They can’t get it from window to parking lot in 30 min but can be repatriated and deliver it to waiting area in 20 minutes?!?!?! Manager comes out telling me that if I continue to exhibit frustrations that they would not prepare my order, which had already been paid for on the app. He said I was disrespectful to employees. I told him I did not show any frustration or disrespect until I was lied to. He brings out four glasses of drinks, I ordered half gallon jugs. They are easier to transport. I ask for a carry tray for drinks. He says he’ll go get one. He brings my food out right at the 20 minute mark. I asked if it was all there as bag was tied up. He said it was. I asked about the cornbread. It wasn’t in bag. He went and got some. He claimed it wasn’t written down by employee that took my order in store. I asked again about drink carrier. He said they didn’t have any and walked off. I juggle the four glasses and bag of food to the car. I get home and both appetizers are missing. I call to tell him about it. He claims they also were left off of the second order although he admitted to being aware they were on the first order, the one that was charged to my Mastercard. I have been to this particular restaurant a dozen times but ver the last three months and usually have an excellent experience.
