Caliente Pizza & Draft House - Sewickley — Restaurant in Sewickley

I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant in my life and I will not let this go until I talk to somebody high up with this company. I ordered at 8:23 PM and at 9:05 still had no food on our table. My wife’s little pizza came first and it was ice cold. They did not bring my wings and then I get attitude from the waitress like I’m bothering her when I asked where my wings were. Then my pizza comes, and it is ice cold I put the back of my hands on the pizza when it just came out. Obviously if it was hot, I would’ve burnt the back of my hands, but it was cold. Then the “” acting manager Comes over from the back after taking off his apron, touches my food, touches my pizza and says you’re right it is cold obviously this is on the house. I said oh thank you so much for buying me a pizza that you touched. I’m so disgusted with this experience tonight. I was looking forward to a nice evening and it turned into this. I drove 25 minutes to get to your restaurant from Robinson to sewickley. I left and now I’m at home about to eat a bowl of cereal. If someone doesn’t call me, I will post every single day about this experience. I am this pissed off about this. I have been a customer of Caliente’s pizza and have gotten my pepperoni Paluza pizza a numerous amount of times but if this is not made right for my time, I will never return and I will like I said make sure everybody knows about my experience! Went to doordash Caliente for wings and fries after driving 8 1/2 hours from Tennessee . They got my wings wrong (the last three times i was there they messed up my order twice but i love their cheese fries and it’s so close to my house. )They gave me a cheeseinator (whatever the hell that is) instead of my cheesy fries… and i told the guy at the takeout thing that i didn’t want that i want cheesy bacon fries… he said oh, you mean the LOADED fries. that was we call it here….. not cheesy fries. then tonight. i doordashed wings and fries and they messed up my flavors for my wings. boneless wings for and my lil guy and hot buffalo for Pat. They also forgot the 3 extra ranch’s we paid for. I got a refund (only $7 for like $21 worth of wings)and then i called caliente and ask if someone like drop some more off…. he said no we don’t delivery anymore sorry. and then i asked to speak to the manager - Sharee came on the phone with an attitude and i said i’m sorry it’s just crazy how you messed up my last couple times i got food from here and now my kid can’t even eat because he doesn’t eat hot flavored wings. We visit often. The sourdough crust here is excellent, and the ingredients are very good quality. Beer selection is also a feature - you'll pay for it, but the choices are excellent. They sometimes have aged limited releases. They have meat, vegetarian, and vegan pizzas. If you like a treat, go for the duck and truffle one. The pizza isn't cheap, but the ingredient quality is worth the cost. Their cheeses are all real - mozzarella is stretchy, feta is moist and salty, provolone is creamy. The big fat Greek wedding is my favorite. The salads are good, too. There is room for improvement here, though. The dining room is loud, and children are permitted to scream without attention from a manager. The chairs in the bar area are very uncomfortable, and if that's the only seating they have available, I would just wait for other seating or get takeout. The church pews in the dining room are comfortable and atmospheric, but too low for the tables, and there's no reason for televisions in the dining room, since they are available in the bar area. I'm not sure what's going on with the utensils, but they have always only had plastic ones, and it's hard to eat pizza with...
