First of all, let me say that the employees and manager are the best people ever to handle my needs as a Verizon customer. I have had the pleasure of working with each employee for all kinds of different needs for the past few years now. Never have I felt pressured. Never have I felt sold an unnecessary device, product, or service. Never have I felt uncomfortable.
Every time that I go into the store it’s like a game. I literally call my husband or mom and we wonder which employee I’ll get! It’s fun! They’re great! All are a sincere joy to have, as a customer!
They have always done their absolute best to serve MY needs and look out for what’s best for me and my whole family! They have taken their time to CALL ME to inform me of new options for account services. I have a close friend that works for a corporate Verizon store that has never done that for me, and who has tried to up sell me, I’m sure.
I can’t recommend this TCC enough for staff held here. I seriously am forever greatful for their support in my Verizon life! It’s an amazing feeling to actually TRUST who you work with for cell and device service and support. If you are in need of a device, they have what you’re looking for. If you are in need of Verizon support, they are capable of helping you! One time I was there, a customer was ahead of me and an employee was helping him with a Walmart cell service! It’s not her responsibility to do so, but she casually handled that customers needs and kept my needs occupied as well, providing dual services to both of us at the same time, succeeding in supporting the other customer! My question to the representative who answered the phone was "after starting a new mobile service how long do I have to determine if I want to keep the service without me being locked into the contact"? The representative said "you have to decide ASAP"! I then asked the question again and her reply was"you have to decide ASAP, you can't just keep using the phone and mess it up then decide you don't want it"! I then asked to speak to a manager at which point she said "no one is here" then hung up the phone! I called right back and asked for her store number and she hung up again! I called back and she said if I call back she will report me for harassment and that they are an independent store there is nothing Verizon can do! That's great because I currently have EIGHT lines with at&t, 6 phones a watch plus a tablet. Read moreIf you want help from a Verizon store associate who is competent, you should go to a different store or switch carriers. Went in on 1/23 to get my new phone, the store associate told me everything was fine and my number was transferred which I knew was suspicious because I never even gave him the transfer pin/account number. So essentially he just lied to me to get me to leave the store. Came back in today saying i was having issue with my number transfer (obviously since they lied about initiating it) and they told me there was nothing they could do to help me and to call verizon. what’s the point of the store then? Extremely unhelpful staff that will do anything to get you to leave sooner. Why charge me a $30 “Setup Assistance” fee if you’re not even going to assist me in setting up my phone?
