Was delivered OBVIOUSLY refried general Tso chix. So hard couldn’t safely be eaten. The “fried” rice has no peas no carrots just the occasional egg here and there. The most disturbing part was the owners response when I called. First he responded to me “that’s just how we cook it” when I further explained to him that my chicken is not edible. (I’m not over reacting here it’s as hard as rocks) I just asked for our chicken to be replaced with something edible, he scoffed and then told me I’d have to wait becuz he has a lot of deliveries. Apparently taking care of a wronged costumer goes to the back of the list here. Nothing was good. Egg rolls, soup, rice, but the chicken should be called private tsos becuz general is a huge oversight. I posted pictures on this page of the chicken. Hopefully u won’t loose your appetite. Greasy over cooked over fired garbage.

Used to live in shadyside and would order from that china palace all the time. Decided I wanted to try this branch tonight...ordered my usual shadyside order with the addition of beef fried rice. The portions have changed. Veggie lo mein used to be in a quart sized take out container. It's now in a small plastic take out container. The cheese wontons are still great. Spring roll is still good. Chili oil is also good. The sushi rolls have definitely gotten smaller, but not just that, something started choking me and I had to cough/spew it up only to find a fish gill in my spicy tuna roll. Not okay. I understand mistakes happen but how many mistakes were made that a sharp azz fish gill was allowed into a roll? Will not order sushi from this location ever again.

Amazing Wonton soup ($3.50). The broth was incredible. I asked the waitress and she said it was made in house. So good! I had to get an extra takeout container for later which was only ~$6 for a large container. Super recommend getting some to try! I also got the pork Lo Mein. Very very good! I was only able to finish half the plate as I was so full. Great portion sizes and great prices! I think it was around $12 rounded up for the noodles. For such a great Asian restaurant, the prices are absolutely reasonable! Especially considering I had 2 meals worth of food for the price!

I usually refrain from writing negative reviews, but after throwing out 80 dollars worth of take out I felt compelled! The worst quality I can recall. Since the restaurant has been taken over the food is awful. It was just average before when it was China Palace, but now it’s quite simply inedible. The Hibachi presented itself as dry & overcooked lumps of the poorest quality chicken. Enough to put you off eating meat. Zero flavor with a mayo based dressing!?? Seems Impossible to make something so unappealing. The red Thai curry is nothing like it used to be. Tasted beyond disgusting and I’m not sure if the chicken was actually chicken. Lumps of gristle. A hazard to be honest. The vegetable Singapore noodles got thrown out with the rest of the garbage as by that point nothing could be trusted from this restaurant. Overall disgusting and a complete disgrace to serve food so...

This restaurant has really gone downhill over the past few years. Their portions have gotten incredibly small. Today we went, and the food tasted awful. Not only was it flavorless, but it tasted old. The rice and the crispy noodles had an odor of staleness to it, and, everything tasted terrible. 35 minutes later I was in the bathroom with terrible cramps, and a very disturbing bowel movement. We agreed before we even left the restaurant that we would not be back. The bathroom experience was what prompted me to warn others. The afternoon waitress is not kind or polite at all, unless she already knows you. We watched her interaction with a woman who clearly is a regular, and she doted on her. However, the other two tables, including, mine had to ask for everything and then wait annoying amounts of time...
