McDonald's — Restaurant in Seymour

A 2.8 star review is not a surprise.. seriously though, its a McDonald's so I wasn't expecting gourmet food... With that said, what I experienced in this restaurant was disgusting and the employees don't care about anything... My chicken nuggets were actually stale... They were cold, dried out, and hard... They must have been sitting under the heat lamps for hours to get this bad... I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and received a single quarter pounder without cheese that was also stale and dried out with a hard dry bunn... My food was inedible to say the least... Upon placing my order I was met with an employee that had to be TOLD to take my order and when it was done a different employee simply tossed my food on the counter and turned her back on me... After all this, what grossed me out the most were the sheere volume of FLIES flying around the restaurant... I have been around cattle and horse stables that had fewer flies flying around.... When I threw away my trash the flies that were eating the garbage were stirred up and began flying out of the trash in swarms so thick I had to swat them away for access to the trash can.... I don't even need to describe the smell in the restaurant that was emanating from the trash cans... One employee used a broom to scrape down a huge spiders web and walked over to another employee to show them while holding the filthy broom over the counter... Then the employee, who was handing out the food, grabbed the web with a napkin to put it in the trash and never even considered washing her hands.... The employees here have no concern for customer satisfaction and it shows in both the quality of the food, cleanliness of the restaurant, and the near non exhistent interaction with customers... gross and disgusting even by McDonald's low standards.... And Google, why can I not leave zero stars on a...

Went thru drive thru. Maybe 2-3 cars in front of me...Ordered one Mighty Kid's Meal (apples, chocolate milk) Upon arriving at pickup window (15 mins after placing my order) the lady informed me she didn't have any apples, named other options. having worked at a Separate McD's before I KNEW there was probably a 99% chance that there were apples in that store. She hesitated and then Finally said "hang on".. I said can I get my other food now while you check (a 6 pc & sm fry)..she shut the window...FINALLY came back handed me the box WITH apples cuz Yes, they Were in back! My lil boy opens it up...No Toy! Not too big of deal except the fact that HE LOOKS FORWARD TO THAT SURPRISE TOY! This happened on 3rd shift roughly 11p , NOT AT ALL BUSY. Seems to me they just lazy. However, I will say I spoke to a manager by the name of Hayden (just letting them know hey,..this happened, just wanted u to kno. Might check to see employees o their job CORRECTLY, EFFICIENTLY, POLITELY) ... Hayden was very patient listening to my complaint and quick to respond with KINDNESS! Ordered number 3 off menu, asked for additional mocka frappe. Got instead a double quater pounder, and a iced mocka. Order was wrong, women behind counter didn't have knowledge on how to use the coffee, expresso machine. Complained about its performance, when i pointed put that I had not wanted wipped cream on top of drink she immediatedly replied that the order didn't specify that the drink was to be plain, I explained that the young man who took my order did in fact ask me specifically if I wanted it plain and I replied I did. She then tried to use the excuse that the young man was new snd didn't know how to do things. Bottom line, the two women behind the counter spent more time complaining, making excuses as to why things where wrong than just going ahead and making the orders correct or even lending assistence to the supposedly 'new' employee taking orders, so that he would learn and improve in his ability of doing his job. Definately not coming back here again,...
