I am a chocolate chip cookie fanatic and these cookies are top tier. My family especially loves the option to buy the dough to make at home on our own time. The quality of the dough is just phenomenal and they taste fantastic. I did have some issues with service recently related to pricing and consistency among the cashiers but after leaving a review about this experience the owner immediately contacted me.

I wasn’t sure what to expect honestly, we’ve all seen business owners going at it with customers on social media sites and even under reviews. But thankfully she was pleasant, responsive, and professional. She actively listened to the issue and took accountability. I travel all the way from the west side to shaker just for these cookies. Today, I placed an order for 10 brownie chocolate chip cookies, the only cookies I ever buy from here. However, today the cookies I got tasted like nothing but chocolate chip. They didn't even look like the usual brownie chocolate chip cookies. I took them back and she assured me that they were what I ordered. I've never encountered this problem before and to say I am not pleased with these cookies today is an understatement. I would never mean to speak negatively about a business, but ellie mays is truly an unprofessional business. I made a review saying how my family loves ellie mays, but has items that could be better. The owners response? “Our cookies are unworldly” and “our brownies are soight after” lol okay.
