I am Extremely Disappointed with the service and quality of food my family received today. When the hosts brought us to our table, we notice right away that our baby's stroller kept getting into people's way walking through and it made me nervous having the waitresses having to hold over the food over my baby since it was busy and a tight space, We asked the host if we can change tables (the one behind us) since it was bigger, had more space, it was in the back corner and we can tuck the baby's stroller half way under the table and in-between my husband and I, she gave us a face and said let me ask first, moments later she said we can, still with a face, like it bothered her that we wanted to move. We got our drinks the first 5 mins that we got settled in our new table, when the waitress (Server Andrea) came with our drinks my husband right away put in our appetizers (Mozzarella sticks & wings) and told the waitress (Server Andrea) that We still need a few minutes to think about our entrees, 10 more min have pass and the waitress came back and we ordered our entrees (that was the last time Server Andrea came to our table)15 min have pass and a new family sat at the table we were originally at. 10 more minutes passed and they received their appetizers first. We haven't gotten our appetizers yet, I looked at the table we were at originally and they ordered the same appetizers we did ...... we thought at first that they got our food but they just ordered the same thing. Then a different waiter came with our entrees ...... our entrees, well part of our entrees at that . I ordered the 2 smokehouse combo and it honestly looked thrown together, the fries where thrown all over the plate, plus the street corn that was included in the combo wasn't there, the street corn is supposed to be smothered with mayo and cheese, I had to tell the new waiter that it comes with the corn, he came back with a plan corn. We still have not received our appetizers yet, then he finally brings out our mozzarella sticks, which were cold. Then 15 min later (I am trying to be dramatic) my husband was already done with his food. It's when a different waiter brought out our wings. In between all of this there were so many things missing and back & forth with the waiter that my family just gave up cause we didn't want to be that Latino family that complains. We already felt discriminated against due to the fact that we saw everyone else get their food on time with good service and given the fact that our waitress (Andrea) never checked up on us until it was time to pack things up. But she was constantly checking up on other families and checking up on the man who came in a business suit. I am extremely disappointed especially since my family loves coming to this location. My husband and I get lunch here and pick up food here all the time. After this experience we don't think we will be returning. We just had an awful experience with the service and food quality all around, we work in the service and hospitality industry so we understand how it is, but this was not it, and since we work in the industry we know to tip very well, so idk if she saw that we were Latino and thought we weren't going to tip good so she didn't give us good service, idk but we still tip, not as well as we would have due to the service, because my husband and I always tip 25% or more of our bill.    Read moreThe only reason they get 2 stars is because the manager comped our whole meal. Well half the restaurant was empty but it was still a 25 min wait that actually took 35 min. When we were finally seated it took 15 min before our server Emily came to our table. She asked for our drink order, didn't bring water, and then tried to get us to order chips, which aren't free, we then had to tell her the appetizer we wanted since she didn't actually ask. Emily then took another 10 min to come back to blame the new bar tender on the slow service before then leaving without asking how we are doing. When our appetizer came out our first drink came but not my beer since they had to tap a new keg. We were halfway done with our app before my replacement beer was dropped off and again the server never asked how we were doing. When the food came out my ribs didn't have the street corn like it said on the menu, just normal corn, when I asked about it they said that I could get street corn for an upcharge. Also the ribs were dry and the fries under cooked. I only ate a little bit and when the server brought another drink she AGAIN didn't ask how we were doing before running away. At about this point a five top next to us got up and left while announcing to everyone around that they had been waiting for 20 minutes and no server had come to their table. When we were finally done our server came back for only the fourth time to make sure I knew that the beers were taken off due to The keg incident. As she was turning around to leave, as an afterthought, she finally asked how everything was, I called her out on the corn and told her I wasn't happy so she went and got the manager. After explaining to the manager how the service and food was she then comped our meal.

   Read moreOne of the worst dining experiences I have endured. Arrived around 5:30pm with my 3 children and my Mother. Was seated fairly quick. Then it was 40 minutes before we finally got the waitresses attention and ordered our drinks and food at this time seeing we have already been there for close to a hour. Waitress came back 15 minutes later, asking us for our order again, stating that our order did not go through the first time. When our food finally arrived it was wrong. It was corrected but had to wait again for clean silverware because we were initially given dirty silverware with crusted on food which was very unappetizing. Our bill was also incorrect with additional items added that we did not order or receive. Informed waitress and she informed me that she will let the manager Tasha know because she is the only one who could correct it on the bill. At this point we just wanted to pay and leave. All three kids were getting ansy because we have been there almost 3 hours. Waitress was speaking with a coworker and over heard them that they could not find manager Tasha and did not know where she was. My Mother and children are waiting in the vehicle and nearly 20 minutes go by without paying yet or even seeing the manager. The manager appeared and I was able to pay the correct total. I also made the manager aware of our service/visit tonight in hopes that it could help so the issues can be correct for future customers .
