It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Shakopee

I've gotten food here twice. My kid loves wings. Mediocre wings at best. Spicy wings aren't that spicy. It's not a lot of care with the food from my last experience. I ordered a portion of my wings to be parmesan and garlic. That seasoning was put on very sloppily. Some bites of the wings it was overpowering because it was globbed onto the wing, other parts weren't very seasoned at all. Picture illustrates the extra seasoning in a pile in the to-go container. To me this is just a lack of care when preparing the food. On top of that I picked these up took me a while to figure out that they were using Chili's kitchen or it's a Chili's offshoot I don't know which. There are signs that say park here for wings. on their app it tells you to wait in your vehicle and they will come out to you and bring your order. The app said my order wouldn't be done for 10 more minutes but there was nowhere where I can signal them that I was here. I waited for 5 minutes and then walked in there's the usual rack full of to-go orders for customers in the services. Nobody's was working the takeout section so I went through the rack found my order and walked it out to my car. it was obvious my order had been sitting there even though the app said it wasn't done. Wings used to be great quality. We had ordered from here multiple times in the past. Unfortunately something appears to have changed.

We ordered door dash like we usually do from this restaurant, but tonight they forgot the sauce on our orders as well as the ranch and Bleu cheese sides.

Cookie had no flavor. It tastes like flour.

All around awful quality and unfortunately they have lost our business going forward.

Was hoping for the good wings for Sunday night football and I'll be going to bed hungry after the complete fail by this company.

Edit: Just tried this place again, figured last time was maybe a fluke.

Ordered on door dash again 12 boneless wings with a Bleu cheese extra sauce and a honey Sriracha extra sauce.

The first delivery was 8 bone in wings, no extra sauces.

Complained to door dash and they had another order sent.

Forgot the extra sauces again.

Was also looking forward to the curly fries but just got normal straight fries.

Something has definitely changed with the ownership here.

This will be the last time ordering...

Very disappointing. The signage is so small, you can barely find the place(which is actually Chilis). I arrived early so my food wouldn’t be sitting there getting cold and soggy. Sign said wait in your car, but no one was coming out with orders; they had a rack inside the door. We started eating our food within 5 minutes of it leaving the kitchen. Everything was soggy. The sauce was barely there or all soaked up in the breading. I could barely tell it was a buffalo wing. Curley fries tasted good....
