Don’t let the sketchy look of the strip mall fool you - this place is incredible! The parking lot was nearly empty when I pulled up and I was hesitant to go in, but then out of nowhere it filled up with people who were clearly regulars and I can see why. I got the best Boston cream donut I’ve ever had in my life. I also tried a crumbly cinnamon donut that is a new favorite. So, so good! They had a great variety of choices and everything was clearly very fresh. I left with a half dozen that I definitely didn’t need but everything looked so good! I also grabbed a Thai iced coffee and it’s perfection - not so sweet that you can’t still taste the coffee, but not bitter either. They had a huge boba selection too that I definitely want to try next time. I’ll for sure be back! The breakfast sandwiches looked incredible so I’m grabbing one of...

The dozen donuts I got yesterday WERE NOT FULLY COOKED! For how much they charge the donuts should at least be fully cooked, the frosting was too much also, it made the donuts cave in. Will not be back there.

Saw the reply - there are MANY shops that cook their donuts completely and they are not dry. These were RAW. Also, not sure how you can say mass produced when other shops are your size and have no issue. Don’t you use Dawn Foods for the frosting? That is not made from scratch, that comes premade and you dip the donuts in there. In this economy, going to a donut shop that over charges for half baked donuts is wild! And yes, there are SO many better donut shops that are $3-$5 cheaper and are of much higher quality. This...

Best apple fritters in the state! They are huge, fresh and delicious. The apple is throughout the donut, not a messy jelly filling. The old fashioned donuts are really good, too! They often have a limited time flavor. The red velvet is very good as is the lemon poppy seed. They put just the right amount of glaze or frosting on their donuts. You can also get a filled donut with your choice of 6 ( or more?) fillings. They fill them on the spot. Don't forget to try the melt-in-your mouth donut holes! They are really good too! This is a family run business. I enjoy stopping in for the food and a quick chat whenever I can get there. I try to get there weekly. Everyone is super nice...

A Cambodian owned Donut store that serves bubble tea as well. They have a specialty Texas style sausage Kolaches! It was so delicious, they are $3 a piece. Their price was somewhat reasonable, just a little pricy. But the glazed donut I purchased was FLUFFY. So delicious. My sister compared it to Krispy Kreme one. I got the honeydew bubble tea, but their tapioca pearl was very over cooked. It was not as sweet as I would like, it’s very subtle. I don’t think I would get it again to be honest. I hope they continue to thrive. I’ll recommend coming to this place. I’ll be coming back in the future.

Something about a Cambodian owned donut shop intrigues me because they tend to have amazing flavors & creations, simplicity & textures, & not to mention loyal customers. Me personally, I've been stopping by this spot for the past year & each time I visit, more & more people are coming in. I'm happy for them, but that means I have to arrive earlier to make sure I get my treats before they sell out! From their bubble tea to donuts to kolaches, I haven't tried anything I haven't liked 👍 You bet that I'm going to keep showing my support for this donut shop for years to come ☺️

Fantastic family run donut shop! I have been coming here for a while and have noticed changes in quality/taste; however, the donuts are still some of the best donuts in the state! I love the bear claws (specifically the vanilla one). I also recommend the apple fritters and the donut holes. If you like airy donuts, that sometimes deflate they’re so airy, then you will love this place!
