This is a new review because they only let you review the place once. My first review starts with the stars below this one. I decided to give this place another chance which was a mistake.I will never eat at another subway ever again in my entire life. These people refer to themselves as sandwich artists that they are not, what they truly are is arrogant, rude, unhappy rip off artists. I stopped in there a couple days ago and got the sandwich of the day which was 4.99+tax. I went back in today and tried to get the subway sandwich of the day again and they told me the only way to do that was to buy the meal which i've never done before. So I asked the unhappy arrogant woman behind the counter. Why was my sandwich not 4.99 today without the meal. Her response was well maybe you had a coupon. I told her i did not have a coupon. I think I'd remember if I had a coupon because I did not have a coupon. Her response was as she threw her nose up in the air and walked away. Well I don't know then. I'm not sure anybody noticed but one star reviews dominate the star ratings at this location. To top it off. They have completely lost their minds with their pricing. Who in the right minds thinks any of their sandwiches are worth as much as they charge. I guarantee you.Nobody will contact me from this location. Because they know I'm right. They run a horrible operation and they know it and they're okay with it. *Let's start with a pitiful rude attitude of the young lady working when I walked in. No smile, no Hi can i help you. She was just walking back-and-forth taking care of a call in order with a disgusted look on her face , probably angry that she has to do her job. I take care of my 91 year old grandmother and have come here repeatedly and got the 3" kids sandwich for her in a spicy Italian. Tonight the rude little girl behind the counter refused to give me a spicy Italian in a 3" kids sandwich she said you can only have ham or turkey. I explained to her that I've ordered a 3" spicy itialian for my grandmother many times. As a matter of fact that's all I've ever gotten for my grandmother, as I said she is 91 and cannot eat a 6" sandwich. This is NOT the 1st time I've been given an attitude from this employee. If you cannot handle the complexities of making a sandwich without giving the customer you know the people that make it possible for you to receive a paycheck an attitude its time to find a new job child. Grow up, It's no wonder the 1 star reviews dominate this location. So long story short I did not get what I came for I will not spend money with rude people that do not even deserve...
Read moreMe and my sister ordered subway online today and it told us to pick it up at 5:35PM. We usually go there 2-3 minutes early and they would have it already done or have it done by the time of pick up. Today however, my sister went in and she didn’t come out until 20 minutes later with our food. My sister said the guy working there just started her sandwiches when she came in and just continued to make them and he never said anything to her. There also wasn’t any lines and it wasn’t busy at all in there. She said he looked right at her, looked away, and started talking with his coworkers and he was taking too much time to make each sandwich. She also said anther customer came in and was waiting to order but the worker was taking too long and didn’t say anything to him so the customer walked out. He only talked to my sister after he was done with making the sandwiches and asked if this was her order. We also got the wrong sandwich as well which my sister was really annoyed. Instead of giving us another spicy Italian, what he made was a chicken bacon sandwich with a bunch of vegetables? I’m not sure if he’s new or if he just doesn’t care about his job, but I know he can at least read since he made the other two sandwiches we ordered correctly. I don’t know if all the workers are like this here, since my last visits were good, but I probably won’t be coming back here if it keeps happening. I recommend going to another subway...
Read moreService was horrible. There was two ladies working when I walked in to pick up my catering order. Neither of them greeted me, just looked at me and looked away. I can get past that but when I asked to order two salads in addition to the catering order, they both sighed. When ordering the salads I had to wait for the people I was ordering for to respond to me about toppings. The woman making my order noticeably did NOT like having to wait (even though there was no one else in there waiting to order). She accidentally messed up the meat on the salads. When I asked for chicken to just be on both of them the women blantally rolled her eyes. I told her the meats got switched so that's why I am asking for chicken on both. She just annoyingly sighed and turned around to get chicken. Didn't offer to remake the first one even after I just told her she made it incorrectly. She proceeded to angrily make the salad.
I am a very understanding person when it comes to the food industry as I was a server for 5 years but her behavior was inappropriate if you ask me. Extremely rude. Seems to me like those two women just don't like when people give them service.
