7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Shallotte

Tonight I came through the drive through after work. Chance took my order. He could tell has rough day. I had rough few weeks actually. He was so kind and patient. I coke through often each time I come through everyone so nice and kind. Always so excited to see me. Tonight it was little different. Felt little more welcome then I have in the past and seem like everyone picked up I had rough day. Aniston, Tucker, Sophia and Peyton all came to say hello and they made my drinks with love. It's nice to come to place and people are so excited to see you especially knowing you had rough day and just made my day. I hope the manager knows what a true gem she has with each and everyone of them time. Not just them but there are few other people too. They always seem to go the extra mile. I really appreciate the kindness that was shown towards me tonight. It put a smile on my face after long week. I'm truly grateful for kind caring compassionate staff. Came here because we just bought a house nearby and wanted to check it out. The woman who took our order was so confused and was leaning into my husband’s car like she owned it. Little too close for comfort. I was in the backseat tending to our newborn baby. My husband asked for half and half and she was so confused as to what that was. We had to explain it 2-3 times. Finally got our order placed then pulled up a bit to the next girl and she had the nerve to look in the back seat and say “you look tired”. So rude and unnecessary. Thankfully the coffee was...

The coffee taste great, but recently what’s been happening is that when you go to pay at your vehicle they tell you to press the button for the amount of tip you wanna give, and they watch you the entire time to see which tip option you select, which I think is very unprofessional, they need to find a much more discrete option and not make their customers feel pressured. We’re already paying 6 to 8 dollars...
