FYI FOR DD APP USERS!!! Please watch your banking account when you load money on the DD app. On 10-17-2017 there was an overdraft on my banking account that was at the time connected to my DD app. It was for $50. However, there was no money added to my DD app. I later on 10-20-2017 was informed that there was an issue with my reload on 10-06-2017 where the $50 was added but no money was taken from my account. This situation was extremely inconvenient for me since I was charged a overdraft fee from my bank and lost $50 that I needed for other expenses. In the email I was sent on the 10-20-2017 it stated that it was because of a “third party” technical difficulties. I feel as though I should not be penalized for their mistakes nor should I have lost $50. Suggestion so this kind of “third party” mishap doesn’t happen again to other customers maybe the app could be connected with PayPal. They automatically take the money from the purchasers account. Then there wouldn’t be a worry of another customer...

I pulled into the parking lot, to go inside and order. There was a delivery truck with a 53 foot trailer blocking most of the area. They wouldn't take my order inside. Said it was for mobile pickup only. Wanted me to exit the parking lot go around the block and then come thru the drive thru the right way. If anyone knows shamokin Dunkin at all thru will know that the drive thru line was already into the middle of the street. And to exit and come back isn't worth the time. Especially since my truck don't like the tight turn at the end of the drive thru. Could have taken all of 2 minutes to make a large frozen. I was not in a hurry and would have even waited up to 25 minutes. I had thought about ordering on line but I could not load the app..... Thanks for being so very not helpful. Im not the kind of person to give bad reviews but this experience was so unpleasant i felt i had to. Went through the drive through with a friend. They ordered their drink and were told that it was no longer carried by dunkin even though it was. Ordered something else no problem and then i clearly told the man that on a SEPARATE ORDER i wanted a drink and a bagel. He said okay and took my order, but then left a long silence and did not confirm. After the pause he said "Thats all, the drink?". Frustrated, I said sure and pulled up. Friend paid for their drink and when I tried to pay for my order they said "What other order?" Didnt try to fix the problem at all so we said we'll come inside. He didnt tell us that the dining room was closed. Drive thru line was to the street so we left without my food. The guy had a nasty attitude, customer service was horrible. Honestly Im surprised this dude still has a job with the way he talks...
