Coney Island Niko Lou's — Restaurant in Sharon

I placed a take out order a few weeks ago for 7 Chilli and mustard only hot dogs. When I got home I realized I was shorted 1 Chilli dog and all 6 I had received had diced up onions on them, which I can't eat. I called and explained, the gentleman said he can't re do all 7 but they would be willing to re make 5 of them. I had to go to work, so I told him I would be in sometime in the next week or so. I also didn't understand why they couldn't fix all 7 especially because I paid for 7. I wasn't able to get back there as quick as I would like as my job schedule doesn't give me much free time. When I called to have them remade, the owner was only willing to give me 2 Chilli dogs and argued with me. I told him i have a pic of 5 dogs ( the 6th one i threw out after i tried to eat it).Not only did I get ripped off and charge for food I didn't get. The food I did get was made wrong. I had to throw it all out. I feel I been thefted by this company and will no longer do...

Had to change my review... After placing a mid size order for our office, they forgot to include a hamburger for one of my guys. When I called back to have them take it off my order / CC I was met with resistance. Not with the fact they forgot my guys burger, but they couldn't take it off the charge. They wanted me to drive back pick up another burger or come back and get cash. Problem is we have lunch breaks if 30 min. This was 15 min one way... 30 round trip. Lunch was long gone by then. The owner called later and gave me nothing but flack... No more. You lost business by not taking care of a simple issue. I'd have been fine stopping by later and picking up cash for what I spent, but the attitude towards a customer he gave is rediculous. Sad, will...

If you want to truly eat where the locals eat, this is the place. My boss and I were in town to visit one of our clients. We wanted to go to a different restaurant but found it closed so, we walked around downtown Sharon. When we saw the signs above this place denoting it's most winningest chili dogs we decided to step inside. The atmosphere was unique and locally themed. The service was old school in a good way and our server was excellent (wish I could recall her name). The chili dogs are, indeed, the best I've ever had. It was so good that we each ordered a second and I think had my wife been there I could have convinced her to order one too. I doubt I'll ever be in that area again but if I am, I will be making a point to come back...
