Ordered 2 regular strombolis with no green peppers. Get them home and 1 is a meatball calazone the other is a least a regular Stromboli but it is full of green peppers. Called and told them that my order was wrong. They told me they would have 2 made correctly in twenty minutes. So far not a problem everyone makes a mistake. I was surprised that they didn't offer something as compensation. I get there 25 minutes after calling. They are just starting to remake my order. I'm still waiting to see if they offer me something for my inconvenience. After sitting there waiting for 20 minutes after my order was supposed to ready I expected something. Asked what they were going to offer was told to get a 2 litre pop. I would think if you made a mistake on someone's order that you would make sure that the new ones were made correctly. Not...

Due to severe allergies, my son and I have to order gluten free pizza, which is very expensive. I ordered one on January 30th to take to a birthday party and 3 slices into it, I noticed a large black HAIR baked into the cheese!! I knew it didn't come from us because it was baked in and we don't have black hair. I threw out the rest of the pizza and immediately called to state my complaint. They offered to make a replacement right then but unfortunately we were in Niles and too far away to come and pick up another one by the time they closed. I now have a credit for the entire price to use on a future order. I am hoping it was just a bad night and won't happen again. I'm glad they made it correct by giving me. a free one for next time. Chain restaurant offering a great menu at very reasonable prices. Their sauce is tasty and crust palatable. I like a N.Y. style pizza which this is not. Their veggie pizza was very good and I liked the meatball sub a whole lot. The roll was melt in your mouth good. A bit crunchy and soft and warm on the inside. They topped it with plenty of cheese and lots of sauce. The restaurant was clean, chopped up and in need of some decorating. Be prepared to wait a bit for your order but it's worth the wait.
