This has always been a favorite pizza place of mine. It started as a charity focused restaurant where the profits went to support work helping others. I first came because of that, but I stayed because of the food. The new owners (2014) have kept the quality and value. They're famous for their Bronx Bomber pizza, a double crusted, 1lb of meat per slice pizza, which is amazing. On my last visit, we all got a slice of the bomber and garlic knots, which were also fresh and tasty. I have also done the canzone, which, in my opinion, was one of the best I've had. They also have hot and ready pizza by the slice. The owners also kept the tradition of their food challenge. If 2 people can eat an entire Bronx bomber with 2 drinks in a half hour, you get it free. There were two people trying it when. We were there the other day. I got a second piece once just to see how far I'd get if I did the challenge, and my max was 1.5 slices. One will leave you full and satisfied.

You know when your dad tells you "I'm not mad, I'm just very disappointed". That's what happened with our first experience here. We ordered 2 pies, 1 with no cheese. And guess what.... Bam! Cheese on the no cheese pizza. And so we had to wait for another one to be made while the second one just sat there getting cold. Don't get me wrong, I love cold leftover pizza, but not like this. The toppings were scarce and it was like biting into a piece of cardboard. We had to sit there and wait for a solid hour because of the goof-up and had to take home a cold pizza and another one smaller the size of my hand. We got more "sorry's" the staff than I can count on 2 hands. I heard great things about this place and yet, it left my wife and I just disappointed.

Of course, I'm going to preface this with my standard Pizza Place prologue. I am from Chicago originally and I am a pizza snob. So if it's not in Chicago, I have to take it with a grain of salt but then again I won't hold it against a place.

This place was pretty good. Very friendly guys working there, nice pizza place atmosphere. Very basic but exactly what they say they are. A pizza place.

We ordered some of the hot wings. They make grilled wings and they are fresh and pretty tasty. They're different. They're not like everybody else's wings. I would give them a try. I would definitely have them again.

I had a supreme, I think it was supreme, pizza. Pepperoni, sausage, green pepper, onions I think. It was good. Again, not great, but really good. I did enjoy it. Nice crispy thin crust and good ingredients. And that's what really matters. These guys do you use good ingredients. The only ingredient I was disappointed with was the Italian sausage. Didn't taste like freshly cooked Italian sausage. Kind of the roundish Italian sausage balls that you would get from a place like Little Caesars. Other than that, good pizza.

Would I go back? Yeah. I would. Unfortunately Cincinnati is engulfed in LaRosa's, Papa John's and the other crap chains. So, I like to try little one off local places. That's where, in my opinion, you usually find the best pizzas in Cincinnati. Check out your local pizza places, I guarantee you, it'll...
