Well I really don't know what to say. We called at 7:10 and placed a order for a chicken dinner and a steak hoagie at Angelia's in Sharonville The person on the phone said it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. We arrived 15 minutes later to pickup the order. After waiting 15 minutes we asked how much longer till the order would really and we were told at that time it would be 7 more minutes because the chicken was just put in so we waited. While waiting the delivery driver came in the the store and started filling containers with cheese with out washing his hands. When we told the owner about this he said that was not against health code regulations but we were right and he had the delivery driver stop and wash his hands. After we finally received our food we went home to eat. Well the chicken dinner that is 4 pieces of chicken, fries garlic bread and coleslaw. The chicken leg and the chicken thigh were not cooked, yes they were raw. The breast was very dark and well done however the wing was just right. In the chicken dinner there was no coleslaw and no garlic bread. The wife's hoagie was fine but the extra pizza sauce she asked for on the side was cold and she was told it would be warm and we were charged 60 cents for the sauce which is ok I guess.when my wife talked to the owner about the waiting and the not washing hands and told him we would never be back he said sorry you had a bad experience here and walked away. Oh here is the best part after getting home and finding out all of my children dinner was not there I called and I was told that he was to busy and to take my number and he would return my call. I call again 30 minutes later and got the same answer. It has now been over an hour and still no call. Do yourself a favor and do not eat here. You will be sorry. By far this was the worst experience we...
Read moreThe usual owner is super awesome and accommodating, but his brother has taken over right now while he’s on vacation and things aren’t as pleasant. He had no idea what he was doing. I made an order, made the mistake of forgetting to check my bag, and while he did give us free garlic bread (that had obviously been sitting around for a little while but was still pretty good) he forgotten to give me my 10 dollar hoagie. Once I got home and realized this, my boyfriend called and scheduled to pick up the forgotten hoagie. The pickup time was about an hour and a half after the phone call was placed. When he arrived, it was evident that this dude had just left the forgotten hoagie in the warmer for the hour and a half, as it was very hard and all of the sauce was crusty. I kid you not he also forgot the pickles. The bread was blackened and extremely burnt. He said he’d make it up to us with a free pizza today, so again my boyfriend goes in. He says he can’t help him, come back at 9 (several hours later). He comes back, and the dude claims that the ovens aren't working and mentions some kind of indiscriminate leak. My boyfriend somehow stayed chill about it and jusy left, but as he got in the truck he saw this guy begin to make a pizza. I’m...
Read moreWriting this review in July 2019. Around 5 months ago, Joe, the current owner bought this business. Apparently I heard BEFORE he bought it, it wasn't that good. That's not true anymore. So I don't recommend reading any of the reviews before spring 2019.
Really good food. My wife and daughter love the pizza. I like the pizza bread. Their steak hoagies are great. And my mom swears it's the best spaghetti in town.
I encourage you to give this place a chance. Joe is a really good guy. He remembered when I brought in my 4 year old with me to eat there and asks how she's doing. He seems to have really taken that place forward. You can order online. Place is clean, employees are nice. Has some really good combo deals. They even do breakfast but I'm not down there that time of day to try. Seems to really care about the local town, they had a BBQ one weekend a few weeks back but I couldn't make it.
It's a small place, like all Angilos. Only 2 sit down tables so keep that in mind.
Give this local, small business a try. I...
