The lemonade looked like water. We tried to tell them and he said this all ee got and handed it so I went ahead and tasted it even though we knew it was not right. And it was very watery. We said we did no t want it to just give our money. The lady that handed it to him comes to the wondow asking whats wrong and i said that lemonade taste like water i want my money back for it. She never apologizes and comes back with 2 lemonades shr said she just made. I was scared to take them by now bc 2 ppl got an attitude because we wanted the good lemonade they usually have. So i said no we just want our money. She then says well can i have my food back. Um no we want the food and the money for the lemonade. She finally apologize and said she was the manager. Shs was not a very good one. She then said just take the lemonade. We took it and threw it out down the street. We almost threw it in the parking lot but decided to just take it down the road but i should have sent it in for testing. Feel like she tried too hard too late. I was not...

Manager was very rude. Order did not show up on app, she just said nothing she can do about it, wasn't nice at all.

I ordered 3 California classics, I said no pickles and no onions at the drive thru order, the girl said, there are no pickles and no onions, just mayo and tomoatos.

So all 3 were wrong. Because guess what? They do have onions...

I called when I got back home (18 miles away) and called when we found onions. She said bring it back with receipt. I am not driving back to Shawnee tonight.

The fact that the employee told me no onions, should be enough. She didn't know her own burgers.

She said then save the food and bring it back tomorrow.

Since employee was wrong, receipt should be all needed.

I'll just drive to MWC from now on instead. I don't recommend this location. We have issues at least 30%...

We came here after a pumpkin patch. First, we waited for 5 minutes for someone to take our order through the drive thru which is fine. People are short staffed. However, when the employee comes on the speaker and asked for our order, we ordered a 5 piece tender combo. Just like that. We asked about the drink. He then immediately gave us attitude stating we did not order the combo and only the combo comes with it when he was asking if our order was completed. When we finally get to the window, he takes 3 minutes to check us out and then tells us it'll be at least 5 more minutes for the tenders when they have absolutely no other customers. The cook was extremely nice but the Hispanic manager was beyond rude and that's even worse when they have signs asking people to be nice to...
