Went to pick up my order 3 minutes after the pick up time given to me. When I arrived there I walked in to get my order and no one was there. I yelled back to the back more than once and very loudly. I also called the location when I was in there multiple times. The phone ringing was very loud. No one came up front to answer it or help me. I could see my pizzas and breadsticks and sides completed and on the other side of the pizza oven. It had just sat there the entire time I was there. Completed and getting cold. I was there for 10 minutes and finally called the location on 63rd Street. Because it was the closest to the 67th street I went to. Talked to a manager and he stayed on the line with me while he called the store and other employees tried to figure out what was going on. This went on for another 8 to 10 minutes and finally the delivery driver had pulled up came inside and looked at me yelled back to the back that a customer was up front. He also didn't get an answer. I tried to let him know I've been there for awhile now also while I was on the phone with the manager from a different location. The driver finally found someone and they both finished up my order that had been sitting there for going on 20 minutes of me being there. The pizza was not hot and barely warm. The breadsticks, the butter on them wasn't even melted on. It was just the worst experience I've ever had at any pizza hut ever. I've never had such an awkward experience anywhere like this actually. And, for them to just not say anything either. Like not even a sorry for the wait or here is some free food or anything. Just a here you go your extra sauce is in the box. Like it was no big deal that I spent 30 minutes of my life...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey SAVED me today. I had 80 kids to feed for a school event starting at noon. I made my order 5 days in advance with Dominos. 10:53am Dominos called to let me know they were cancelled my order for 22 pizzas. Cue the panic. I called around to a bunch of places to see who could make 22 pizzas in less than an hour. The person I spoke with didn't hem and haw, he understand immediately I needed to move quickly. He started the order right away, I drove there, picked up what they started and circled back to pick up the rest once they were ready. All the pizza was in front of the kids no later than 12:20pm and everyone ate their fill. Dominos is completely dead to me. I love that this location actually picked up their phone! All the Dominos in the area have just turned off their phones permanently (their solution to customer service issues), so it's nice to have a business where an adult picks up the phone and just solves problems instead of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've had decent experiences in the past, but my last visit was so atrocious that I felt compelled to review. I stood at the front in plain view of an employee for 11 minutes without being helped. He motioned at me twice as if to say "one minute" but "one minute" turned into 11. It was the most ridiculous excuse for service I've ever seen. With all that time I took it upon myself to watch that employee and how he worked, but that almost made me turn away and cancel my entire order. The employee was listening to music through earbuds while I waited (seriously?), was handling food with unwashed and un-gloved hands, and showed zero respect for me as a custom or the food he was preparing. I'm a fan of Pizza Hut, but I will never order from this location again and will be reaching out to management to...
