I have spent thousands of dollars at this store, however. I bought 2 batteries last week. For some strange reason, the batteries won't hold a charge and take a full day to charge. I took them back to the store as I feel that after being a loyal customer for years now, they might change them out or minimally take a look. Instead, I was told that I was not treating the batteries well. He also mentioned that he was concerned that I was trying to bring back my old batteries, which led me to get angry, which i should not have.
I manage a store myself and never accuse a customer of being the problem. After the accusation, I asked if he was willing to lose a customer, that literally had bought 4 mods. All my juices as well as coils over a battery. The gentleman said yes! I'm extremely disappointed! He is maybe a manager but does not know how to handle an issue.The funny thing is that he sold me the batteries. He was implying that I maybe was trying to give him my old batteries?
He told me that he has worked there for 2 and a half years. I've been a loyal customer for 5 years. He definitely does not appreciate the importance of regulars. And treated me like I was shady.
I won't be back at that store and will only maybe buy juice until I get my rewards as I still have points with the store. The owner has helped me many times, and I was told he is away, which is a pity. To lose a customer over $20 says a lot. You need to minimally care or pretend to care about who walks in your business. If you can't. You should not work with customers at all. Never accuse the customer of being shady. That just elevates a situation that could of been handled with grace and respect.

The lady that “helped” me out talked to me like I was straight up dumb. She wasn’t experienced with any juice as well. I knew more about vaping more than her and I’m just a customer. The workers there seemed very lazy and didn’t want to be there. Also, the only thing I went in there for was salt nic juice and a pack of smok novo pods. The juice was decently priced, but the smok novo pods were double the price of anywhere else! After exiting the place I called other vape shops to see their prices and it was half the price of this place so I went in and asked for a refund and their response was “we don’t do refunds like that” in a sassy attitude when I haven’t even opened the pack and literally just bought them 3 minutes prior. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a vape shop and will never return. This place is purely a cash grab. No enthusiasm to help you out. They simply just want your money. I encourage everyone reading this to stay away from this place and go anywhere...
