Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Shawnee

I ordered a Chicken bowl w/2 sides of medium Side of guacamole & large chips & salsa Everything was going fine it was me & 1 other person in the store at the time. So at check out I had a free bowl I had earned with my points & a free guacamole that Chipotle had given me. So I decided I'm going to use them. Well at check out was having problems with the app doing my guacamole reward & free bowl that I had earned for eating at Chipotle so much. So I told the lady go help the guy waiting & I'll get this up and going so she did. But little did I know that for some reason which I didn't catch she was charging me for 2 salsas at $1.55 originally but I guess gotten frustrated when she found out I was using my free stuff that Chipotle had awarded me and changed it to Charging me for 3 salsas at the price of $4.65 & when I called her out on it she told me you only get 1 ok then why you charging me for 3 salsas. When I shouldn't be charged for any. Don't salsa come with chips & salsa it states it on the menu & can I not get my salsa on the side of my bowl instead of them just slipping it to 1 side of the bowl. Luckily she gave me a copy of the original where she was changing me for 2 salsas then changed it where she charged me for 3 salsas when she found out I was using...

I wanted a bowl, but was given, and charged for, a salad. And they charged me for my guacamole on the side, when it should have been included. When I went to the register to fix having been charged for the guacamole, they started arguing that its only included if it is in the bowl, saying theyll refund me this time, but its always extra. When I said that has never been the case before, they started making excuses saying every location is different, and they always charge extra if the guac is not in the bowl, but maybe other locations dont. (Which is untrue - we've eaten at many locations of Chipotle for many years, and it has always been included). The employees were unkind, and the employee who took my order did not speak English, and was not patient - he added lettuce to the bottom of my bowl (which I did NOT want) when I was trying to say I wanted a lid for my bowl. I did not get the order I wanted, my food did not taste good, and the queso I wanted for my chips was not warm like it should have been. Staff is absolutely awful. Do not greet you when you walk in and food is never ready in time through Chipotlane.

Last time we visited we were told to come through the drive through twice, even though we arrived at the time the app told us to arrive.

Eventually we were told to come inside to get our order. After coming in no one asked us why we were waiting. Eventually I asked the woman at the register if she could check if our order was ready. She just gave a blank look and walked away, which was extremely rude.

Then the staff began arguing with me for asking if our order was ready. They refused to help and instead told us to refund our order.

Eventually someone in the back asked us what our name was and got our order WHICH HAD BEEN MADE THE WHOLE TIME!!!

They complained they were busy but had no line and 5 employees working. The owner seriously needs to fix the employee and customer service issues.
