Wingstop — Restaurant in Shawnee

I ordered from home. I waited 30 minutes and went in. They were busy which was fine. There was a man there picking up his order for his family. They just gave him a different sauce because they didn’t have what he wanted. Red flag one. ☝️. I waited for my food. They got my food to me probably 8 minutes later. Got home. The food was awful. Their fries had so much seasoning and were limp, couldn’t eat them. Wings were extremely dry. My mom had to rinse the wings off bc the bbq was absolutely disgusting and she then said the wings were dry as well. She couldn’t eat the fries. Walk-in and placed order. Took over 40 minutes to get my order because they misplaced it. They did not say that to me , but listening to the communication going on in the kitchen you could figure it out. I don't know why they wouldn't just admit it and do some kind of comp. Staff was rude when we walked into the empty restaurant and immediately told us it would be a 30min wait for food. We tried to place our order and then they said all their machines were down so they couldn't make anymore food. Restaurant open for 2 more hours but seemed they were cleaning up to go home. They were literally rolling there eyes and sighing as we walked up. Terrible. Won't be in business at this location long....
