This really needs the ability to add a negative rating this store is just that bad and staff is horrible. Mary was our order taker we could not hear her because the radio station they were playing over the sound system was too loud asked her if she could turn it down and I guess she could not hear me as she look at me like a Deer caught in my headlights and never did anything. I ordered a large cup of coffee and she brought me a small cup of COLD coffee. I told her it was cold and she said it would take about 10 minutes to brew a fresh pot. Hell it was 8 am they should have coffee brewing every few minutes. We were headed on a trip and needed to be on the road so they stuck it in the microwave. Everyone is waiting on me and my coffee so I accept it cause I dont have time for what I am sure would be a long drawn out process for a refund.
Dont bother going online to their web site to complain, they do ask you if you would like to be contacted and I requested that they do that, well it has been 3 weeks and nothing. I gave the my address, email & phone numbers so there is no reason after this long that I should be ignored just like in the store.

Read moreI wish I could give them a negative five star tonight we had to have a late supper so we decided to go to Burger King son drove all the way across town to pick up the food waited 10 minutes on his food and by the time he got home all the food was cold not the mention they didn't give him two of our family members food I called to ask for a manager the person on the phone said that would be me think her name was Jamie which was the same person who took his order I told my son to go ahead and drive over there I had the receipt in my hand she said he had to have the receipt so he would have to drive back over here pick up their seat and take to them I told them is there no way you can just get a transaction number off this receipt and take care of us she's like no damn I finally said you know what I'll just call corporate don't worry about it then her tune changed she asked for the transaction number but she still had to have the receipt so my son still had to drive back he drove back over there he's still waiting in line and here it is 1226 and we went to go get it about 11-15 11:20 his Foods now cold we used to like Burger King now I don't think we'll ever...
Read moreOrdered a double cheeseburger. Pulled forward and seen it was a single patty cheeseburger. Immediately tried calling but no one would pick up the ringing phone. I tried again, no luck. I eventually was able to speak with a manager who took accountability for the store's mistake. I called back today (a week later) to confirm my name was on the list for a replacement and the GENERAL MANAGER said she would not confirm if my name was or was not on the list because it was over 48 hours. Nancy, the manager I spoke with was very helpful. The GENERAL MANAGER who answered the phone at 11:12 am on 10/10/22 was not. Apparently stealing customers money is tolerant to this company. You shouldnt charge people for something, give them a receipt for what they paid for, then give them something of less value. Not cool. I will never go to this store again as long as this general manager "runs"...
