Paid over $100 for 2 sub platters and they got the order wrong!!!! Not one piece of veggie sub! The manager said the veggie ones were on the platters with the meat one- stupid, but they weren't there were NO veggie subs so the vegans starved. The manager insisted that they were on there! i have photo and video proof. Next time I will suffer with walmart subs for a party because this particular Jimmy John's screwed up bigtime! Also, the delivery guy had the wrong charge slip so he ended up without a tip, i tip 10% to delivery guys so i thought i gave him a 14.00 tip but my actual total was more so he got screwed too! Its not the price, to me, its the fact that the manager would have put veggie subs on the same platter as meat, BUT THERE WERE NO VEGGIE SUBS!!!! I REPEAT THE MANAGER INSISTED THAT THERE WAS! All she had to do was deliver a veggie sub to the party and I wouldn't have made a corporate complaint. Visited Jimmy John’s and was genuinely impressed by the speed of their service – they’re not kidding when they say “freaky fast”! The cleanliness of the place caught my eye, particularly the tables which were spotless. However, I couldn’t help but notice that the floors could use a bit more attention, as they seemed to need a bit of TLC. It was high contrast against the clean tables.

My go-to place for lunch is Jimmy John's being from Manitowoc I figured Jimmy John's would be the same here in Sheboygan, awesome ...well it wasn't. This is the third time I received a sandwich with half of the toppings missing. I order the sandwich with the double meat and cheese every time and every time I have received it from this location I'm either missing my condiments, I don't receive my double meat or I don't receive any of my toppings. I understand mistakes can happen but these aren't mistakes you're either trying to cut corners for your pockets, or just lazy. When I pay $15 for a sandwich I expect it to be bursting out the sides with the meat and toppings that I asked for not missing toppings and meat.
