McDonald's — Restaurant in Sheboygan

I stopped at McDonalds on Kohler Memorial Drive and went through the drive thru. I ordered a McChicken sandwich, with only lettuce on it,& asked them to make it fresh. After getting it& opening it I seen that the bun& lettuce& chicken were all the same temperature--warm. I've had this happen fairly often-- rather than make it fresh as I ask, they put the whole sandwich in the microwave, then give it to you. A fresh sandwich, just made will have cool lettuce, bun, and the chicken will be hot, because it just come out of the fryer. It doesn't have time for it all to be one temperature because it was just made. Again, they just put it in the microwave, but it's not fresh. After going inside& giving it back to them they did what they always do-- lie and tell you it was "just made fresh", but they (the manager) has no explanation for why it's all warm, like they are when you just microwave it. She took it back, to have it made fresh, like it should have been made. Then she argues with me,& She says--("I watched him make it"), which makes one wonder--does she watch him make every sandwich? No "I'm sorry", just arguing. Every McD's: 3 in Sheboygan, 1 in Plymouth has done it. Not every time, Just often. And, the north entrance, the cement, had a couple of inches of ice buildup,& no sign of any salt on it. I don't know why it is but with every McDs doing it, I assume it must be a policy with McD's. Not just one store. Why? If I'm paying for it why don't they just make it as I request. This is in addition to other problems with them, such as not wearing gloves when...

I stop by this McDonald’s ONLY B/C it’s the most convenient for me since it’s right off the highway around 9-11pm and EVERY TIME when I do go there they literally take forever to serve my food..whether there are cars ahead of me or whether I’m the only car...EVERY TIME I’ve had to wait and a few times they’ve almost made me late for work. It’s unbelievable! They need a new store manager or a new evening shift supervisor because it’s not once in a while that they take 10 min or more to serve my food..it’s literally every time when I do happen to go there before work. It just shows how consistently bad their service is! Last night, i pulled up to the drive thru and no one answered. Waited and waited and decided to pull up to the front window. There was one car paying and eventually got their food..I pulled up to the window and the guy sees me out goes to the back...I then saw 3-4 employees looking all confused and not wanting to open the window to talk to me..I took off. Last time I’m going there! Worst MCDONALDS/FAST FOOD STORE/LOCATION I’VE EVER BEEN TOO! I just read other similar reviews with their wait time and sounds like this place needs a new management team...maybe it’s just their evening hours idk but they suck!...

First off. We get there and the mens bathroom is flooded. I did mention it to someone with a ponytail. Then we ordered at 735 and got our food 748, long time for 3 kids to wait. Didn't get everything we ordered, missing milks which we hadnt noticed at first cause they were just drinking out of our sodas sitting there waiting for our food. Cold fries AND burgers and old chicken nuggets that were hard. Difficult to pull apart a chicken nugget that's been sitting for your 14 month old to eat. Watched our fries sit in the basket so I am not surprised they were cold. Went up to get dip that was also missing that we asked for and waited. When the manager finally acknowledged me waiting there, I asked for the dipping sauces. I didn't get a facial expression or a sorry or anything. And she gave me ONE sauce for 20 nuggets.... Really... Our kids each had a kids meal which was missing the gogurt/apple choice.... Its just poor management that night, rudeness and upset that our food was old and cold...
