Another disappointing experience at this location. Ordered dinner off their app to be ready at 6:30. Got there and had to go inside to get it because they had drive thru blocked off. Then find out they never received my order. I showed them the receipt that was sent to my email along with confirmation number. The staff was unwilling to help me figure out what happened. In fact, they were rather rude, a common theme at this location. People do not have customer service skills anymore. The manager obviously does nothing to rectify this issue. An apology goes a long way but that’s a foreign word at this Arby’s. Instead I got an accusatory tone, like I was making it up or something. Even with a confirmation number in their faces.

The lady at the window gave no apology but attitude instead. She asked if I wanted any sauce. I said horsey, ketchup, and Arby’s. I was handed the bag of food which was missing both fries and ketchup. Once again attitude from this lady. Just absolute annoyance that I dared to make her work to correct her mistakes. Read moreWent and placed an online order today on 7/20/2023 at 6:53pm. I pull up to the speaker and the lady informs me it’ll be a couple of minutes and to park out front and they would bring it out. I wait 20 minutes still no food. I go through drive thru again at 7:13pm and pull up to the window and the manager helps me. She had my food ready in hand and says “here you go” in a very rude way. I informed her I waited 20min and I got no apology, and no attempt to even make up for their mistake. I ask for her name and she’s refused to give me her and her managers name and contact info. I asked for a refund and she refused and called the cops on me as I refused to leave the drive thru without getting my money back. We wait for the cops to come and they were nice and asked me to take it up with corporate. She would rather shut down the entire store then offer an apology and make it right for a customer. This older lady with black hair and glasses does not deserve to be a manger and is a huge liability. Not sure what her name is but she’s needs to be held accountable. Zero deescalation skills and zero customer service skills. I called the store today and spoke to GM whose name I believe was nika and she got very defensive and didn’t offer an apology either for my experience. Read moreI work midnights and this place is right down the street from my work, used to go for lunch all the time. And with how often we've been there, there are still probably about 5 times total, that they did NOT screw up our order or our food. Bunch of young kids running wild in there. They always seem more interested in hanging with their friends in the parking lot or hanging inside with off the clock coworkers who are allowed to be in the kitchen for some reason...
Last time was the final straw...only ordered 2 combos. Had to wait over 5 mins 'for fries'. Only ordered one combo with loaded fries, both fries came loaded. A nice gesture if I liked them... And I didn't get my sandwich at all... I ordered 2 combos and got back to work with only ONE FULL EDIBLE MEAL. What the actual F@€$?!?!?!?!?!
But the kid in street clothes who brought my food out informed me that the female drive through worker had given us pies 'for the wait'.... That's great and all...but what about WHAT I ACTUALLY ORDERED???? That seems to be too tall of an order for these folks. As evidenced by my hearty lunch of 'pie' that night.
I won't be making the mistake of giving them anymore of my hard earned dollars, ever again. I will drive out of my way to go...
