Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Shelby Charter Township

I’m a HUGE fan of Jersey Mikes, this is not the store I frequent, but the one I do is amazing! Friendly staff, super clean and everything is always made perfectly! So I thought well if the Rochester store is amazing they all must. NOPE! I walked in to order, I gave my order, she didn’t write it down. I asked for minus this and that and add this please. I said oh you don’t write it down here? She responded with “ I got it I won’t forget” Ok I said !

I got home only to find both sandwiches were completely wrong!!! I get back in the car to be stuck in rush hour traffic to go back to get new sandwiches. I call ask for the manager, turns out she’s the one who made the sandwich’s !!! I explain I’m angry I’m in my way please make new ones. And now I’m more angry because she acted as though she didn’t care. I get there , put the wrong food on the counter, she doesn’t even come over to me. Some young man slid the bag at me. So I say if she just would’ve written it down this wouldn’t be an issue. I start open the subs and make sure they are right and the young man grabs it back away from me. And still the manager never comes over.

I grabbed the sandwiches back packed my bag and left.

Horrible experience! Place was dirty.

Recently I placed an order through jersey mikes website. I have a half hour lunch so I figured this is the quickest thing to do is order and go pick it up. When I got there the employees did not have anything under control. It was chaos. , come to find out they had not received no order. Multiple times they insisted I placed the order at the wrong shop. When I pulled up the email confirmation, there was no reaction of empathy. Plainly the lady there said I’ll have your food out shortly and that she doesn’t know why the order didn’t get to them. I waited about 25 min for them to finish other orders before getting my order. Poor service and there was no apology or compensation for my time or their mistake. I reached out to corporate to complain and they said the owner would call me regarding my experience and no one called. Just shows you how mi h they value their customers. Jersey Mike's has THE BEST subs! They have the best and nicest staff! My order is always ready for pick-up once I arrive because I place it online (except for maybe 1 time). And my order is always right. And let me tell you something, if you ask for extra veggies, they will get you and give you extra veggies. They don't skimp on the stuff if you ask for it like some other places. I know that if I order here, this Jersey Mike's in particular has a GREAT team and is going to have GREAT food. They're going to get my order correct and it will be the way I want it or would like it (as if I made it myself) and I will get it in a timely manner. I've been coming her for almost 2 years now prior to leaving a review but I just felt compelled to leave a review after this most recent order I placed because they just did such an awesome job!
