This location doesn't even deserve one star. The staff is rude and has no concept of time. Be sure when you order from here you order with an open mind. They will make your meal however they feel you should have it. The first time I ordered food from here I didn't receive my for for over an hour. I called the store and asked why I haven't received my order yet. The young man that I spoke to said they only had one driver at the moment began to apologize to me. I told him no apologies were needed as I understood how hard it is to find employees these days. I was assured I would receive my food within 10 minutes. Over 45 minutes had passed so I decided to call back. Only this time I was irate. I was told that the driver was still waiting for my sandwich to be made. I asked to speak to the manager who was extremely rude and told me I had no reason to be upset and that my money would be refunded followed by the phone being slammed. Today I ordered online again giving them the benefit of the doubt. The order came very quickly and the receipt on the bag was mine but the food was not. This is a poorly managed location and need to be addressed immediately. I would really like for someone from corporate to get in contact with me because the inconvenience of me have to drop everything I am doing to go sit in a long line is unacceptable....
Read moreNow, this really hurts to give this place a not so good review, because my kid loves their sandwiches, and when made right, I like their tuna sandwich also! Twice in a row, we have had terrible experiences and that's just too bad! Last time, the order took over 40 minutes to be delivered, and we almost missed the order all together, because we were about to go out of town. Its been at least a 6 years' 'tradition' we buy sandwiches from here, and eat in on Amtrak traveling! (my kid loves that!) So, today, I called 15 plus minutes into, after the order was placed and the guy who answered very rudely, saying, "well we cannot teleport your sandwich", after I checked in on its status! I asked to speak with a manager, and a "Adrian" was put on the phone, to apologize! Sometimes, what seemed like a empty apology doesn't cut it - too easy to just say sorry and just that. I let him know that all I was checking is how long before the delivery based on my previous experience, so to make sure our order wasn't forgotten. All he had to say was I apologize for his saying and glad I was standing next to him as I heard him say that! Hmmm.. well! My goodness - what a terrible ordeal, just to order a sandwich! Thumbs down...
Read moreEdit 12-28-17: This particular location has gone downhill very fast this past year. I went here yesterday on an average weekday during lunch. There were only 2 people on the main table, and one person on register (normally, they need 3 people on the first table, and 3 on the delivery table, plus extra workers to answer phones) there were also many deliveries sitting for the entire time I was there eating. This location has become so understaffed that I had to actually wait a few minutes just for a single sub since they only had 2 people making all inshop and delivery orders. On top of that, corporate has raised their prices yet again this year, assuming to make up for the customers they're losing. They need more staff
Original review below: Best Jimmy Johns around. Staff is very courteous. If they make your order wrong (which is rare) let them know and they will make it right. It's also the busiest around here so expect long delivery times if ordered at peak hours or during winter...
