QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Shelby Charter Township

I’m not sure who the manager was September 10th at 1:00pm but I had some issues with two online orders. I placed the orders and the money was approved and taken from my bank account but on Qdobas end they declined the order. Very annoyed because 60 dollars is just gone. When I went up to the store to at least get corporates number and figure out who to call the manager wouldn’t even speak to us because “he doesn’t speak English well.” I understand it’s none of the employees fault but when the manger did come out he just shook his head and laughed while walking away. However an employee helped up tremendously and this was Anderson. He stepped up and understood our frustration and made the best meal we have ever had. He took our information for the district manager just so we can talk to someone.

Anderson deserves to be a manger because he has the communication skills needed for it and stepped up when the real manger walked...

Just left this place and the food was not good. I don't know who thy have cooking and preparing the food but they need some help. Steak was so tough and over cooked, guacamole had absolutely no flavor, it was like they cut open a avocado and smashed it and that it. Order chips and all the salt that was supposed to go in the guacamole went on the chips, couldn't even eat one because it was so much salt on it. Not good at all. We pay way to much money to get food like they just don't care.

Beware of what you are buying ask to taste everything it will save you a lot of time and money. They did ask if I wanted a refund I did refuse because I live to far and couldn't come back that way. I am so disappointed. Yall have to do better and taste yall food before you put it out. Stop hiring people who don't care about really cooking...

Ordered a burrito thru the carry out with added ingredients that included: salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese. Was charged extra for these items adding more than $3.00 to the cost of this burrito. None of it was included on my food, and as it usually happens, because I was on the road to an appointment, there was no time to turn around and go deal with the incorrect order.
