Subway — Restaurant in Shelby Charter Township

I just visited this subway an hour ago and ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch on a Herb and Cheese footlong sub, i added pepperoni slices and marinara sauce from the meatballs, my sandwich artist then added parmesan cheese and oregano before topping it off with provolone cheese. She carefully placed the sandwich then into a special bag and grilled it. This sandwich looked amazing as she was making it the artist (noted as #3 on my receipt) achieved the best sandwich i have ever had at subway in twenty years. She was patient and careful to get this special sandwich just right and when i arrived to my destination to enjoy this lovely sandwich it did not disappoint.

The first half of the sandwich i had to savor and come to understand what she had assembled. Each bite a new layer that was confirming the truly delicious nature of this sandwich.

Well done and this artist deserved praise.

Well let me first start off by saying I have visited other subway locations and by far this is the cleanest establishment I have ever been to. Clean, organized and spotless and all the food and meat in the counter was fresh and looked delicious. There are 2 girls that work there and they are the nicest and sweetest people that I have encountered. The manager Christine one day listened to me vent about another location (23 mile and van dyke, cough cough) that I was having an issue with and she made me feel calm and advised me on what to do and she was an exceptional manager, she was calming me down while staying professional about another franchise location and I appreciated that from her. I am going to drive 4 miles out of my way to give this location my business. I loved the customer care and great service from Deanna and Christine and I hope they are always busy and successful because they have excellent customer service and that’s what people should look for. I normally used to go to this place and the owner was there and I haven’t been there in a while, and I just went in today to get some subs, and there were two Indian couple there so the Man who was helping me, when I walked in, they were busy cleaning and when the man came to help me he instead of washing his hand he just used the sanitizer and wiped it out with a towel That’s first, Second, he was not putting enough vegetables in my sandwiches even when I told him I want more, he still Didn’t put a lot, and then when I went to check out, I used my debit card and the machine asked me if I wanna put any tip which I don’t see really why the restaurants they’ve been doing that lately so I had no and the receipt came out and then he just walked away without saying anything and I asked him is that my receipt as he was walking away and ignoring me he said yes I took it.
