7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Shelby

I would give this place a zero if I had the option too. WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN. First the was two lines, completely tight spaced. Theres a menu but its on ONE screen at the end of the line. You could not read it because TWO seconds later , it would change into another screen with their coffee special of the week. If you literally did not get on Google and looked up 7 brews menu, you would not know what to get at all. DO NOT GET ME STARTED ON THE UNPROFESSIONALISM OF THE STAFF!!. When you have literally out of eight people that work there, six high-school girls come out from the back to talk to one of their "friends" that's also in the line, instead of taking orders shows just how unprofessional this place is. Even McDonald's doesn't do that!!. Then finally it's my turn to order my coffee. This lady is asking me weird, uncomfortable, and once again unprofessional questions about my day. The worst part in all of this is when I got back home to drink the coffee. I ordered a hot small cinnamon roll coffee. The coffee was so bad, I got a mildew after taste from taking a few sips. I honestly don't think they take care of their coffee. I had to brush my tongue because my mouth felt so dry. Please do not come here if you are looking to get coffee. You will be greatly disappointed and most likely...

My husband and I were traveling through and found the coffee was great. I believe Bethany made our coffee and it was excellent. But what was disturbing the fact that the employees have to be subjected to standing out in the freezing temps and pouring down rain for hours, some practically there whole shift by what we saw. . Do u not know how dangerous that is. No one should be subjected to those conditions for any length of time. They should be provided insulated waterproof coats, boots and cover if u expect that. What are you waiting on a lawsuit bc that is what will happen when someone suffers from hypothermia/frostbite/gangrene/pneumonia requiring hosp or out sick for weeks. These young ppl are not immune to any of this. Someone should report this company for poor work conditions. These ppl need an income for a reason and that is not to be subjected to these work conditions. I for one will not come back I will go somewhere else for my great cup of coffee. Please send this...

I don't know why I get this coffee, it's addicting I guess, super sweet. Was happy when I went today and there was 1 car In front of me that rolled in with me, 12 minutes later the car in front get served 1 cup of coffee, all that wait for 1 cup, really expected 10 cups in trays for an office order or something. No, 1 cup. So when I questioned the attendant, she avoided responding, so I asked again, rejected, fine, non of my buisness anyway. My coffee was already there ready. What did I get for inquiring on why it took so long? She gave me a small coffee straw for a large coffee, so yea, the straw slipped down in the cup into the coffee abyss.
